So glad they finally moved into a bigger space! Their salsa is by far my favorite, however the wifey loves every aisle. Coming from RGV, TX, this is a little slice of home.

Never, ever again. I had at least 5 different floor walkers following my son and I throughout a store when I am no thief, just a Black veteran and business owner among racists. Followed by people that can barely speak English, in a poorly organized, smelly establishment. Outrageous! The aisles are impossibly tight. The produce is beat up and the fish stinks!! Lacking the basic stuff I can get in Raleigh. I was hoping I wouldn't have to go that far but I will gladly.

I really do like this restaurant and store. However no one speaks English. Yes I do understand that primarily English isn’t the language spoken. It should be someone available to assist in that area. Please find a translator!

They have a lot of good products but the aisles are pretty tight and the store is often crowded. Not much is labeled and the meats are all covered so it's very hard to browse and shop for what you want. The store caters mainly to its authenticity so being unfamiliar with some of the products it's a bit hard to shop for and identify what you need or want.

If you are Black , African American or dark skinned , just dont come here , they dont like our kind . They are EXTREMELY racist. Just go somewhere else , fiesta Mexicana is better . They dont see color

I’m Mexican I just moved up from Florida a little south of Miami I grew up with grandparents from Mexico and a grandma who passed on the tradition of cooking authentic Mexican food to my mother and sister. So trust me when I say I know how flour tortilla (tortillas de harina) are authentically supposed to taster. Unfortunately I haven’t mastered cooking homemade tortillas I came here with the hopes of having the taste of home. And I knew upon purchasing they looked off colored and we’re stuck together. Still took a chance on them went home heated them on the pan and all I have to say is these were disgusting and horrible they were extremely doughy didn’t taste like authentic Mexican flour tortillas you had to peel them apart from each other. Like chewing gum. I threw them straight in the garbage where they belong. This place should be ashamed to even sell these let alone make them or call them tortillas de harina. The ones from the store you can buy at Walmart are better and I’m not even a fan of those so that’s saying alot. My husband is white and knew the difference. Disgusting.wish I can add a video to show how stuck together they were.

I will no longer be shopping here. When I read the reviews previously about the racism and the cashiers being rude. I still insisted on going because I like to give others the benefit of the doubt. Well I shouldn't have taken the warnings with a grain of salt because the cashier that I had today whise name I wont mebtion was very rude. She did not greet me and looked as if I did not belong in the store. She was very friendly towards the family that was in front of me who was Hispanic like her.I will no longer be shopping at a place that I am not wanted. I never understand why one person of color has to be racist towards another person of color. Whether you are Afro American , Afro Latino, Afro Carribean do not shop at this store. You will not be welcomed here. Even if you speak good Spanish. I will purchase the ingredients for my Hispanic dishes off of Amazon or another grocery store such as food lion or Lowes foods from now on. It is unprofessional to be selective of having good customer service skills when you have a customer who does not look like you.

Do not shop here! Bought cake 1 day before birthday and had moldy fruit. Went to back the next day and employees did not believe me & were very rude, they did not give me my money back. Then talked with manager/ owner and was arrogant and snarky.

Horrible customer service. Spent too much money on this place for them to treat me badly. Please fix your customer facing manners if you want people to be loyal to your brand…

Honestly, when I step into this store. Nothing but a big smile comes across my face. As a former New Yorker, this store reminds me of a Bodega or one of the many ethic stores you can find all over NYC. The workers are always friendly and smiles everywhere. I'm in this store several times a month ?

Such a nice variety of goods, produce, sauces/seasoning, baked goods, cooked meals, etc. The baked goods were delicious and the combo 6 with strawberry and horchata is delicious! The staff is very friendly and takes the time to explain everything. If you have any language barriers, the patrons are friendly and very willing to help. Love our community! Will definitely be returning.
