Staff should really train on their customer service skills. As I came through the door instead of greeting me and saying Hello, I was just told to check in on the tablet. Rude. Then an elderly woman came in behind me and she was told the same thing and she let the front desk know she did not know how to use it the lady responded the tablet tells you how, if you need help then tell her. As if telling her she didn’t know how to use it was not enough. I was called back and the specimen collector had the personality of a gnat. She couldn’t bother to greet me either instead just starts giving me commands on what to do. Put your bag in the container, go wash your hands, points to line on the cup and says “here”. Like use your words. I get through my appointment and the elderly woman is still struggling to check in on the tablet while front desk staff is yapping to coworker and on her iPhone offering no help. Pretty piss poor. I will pick a different location if I ever need a pre employment screening again.

This review is not directed at the staff whatsoever, they’re clearly doing the best that they can. Only 2 employees working, why they continue to work there in those conditions is applaudable. One of the employees collects samples and has to work the desk. If Labcorp cannot properly staff this location, they should close. I was there for about 40 minutes and counted at least 30 patients. Shame on labcorp for creating this type of working environment for the two employees and the patients that have to wait. Still no lab results 5 days later.

Wow!! Where do I begin. I arrived at my appointment 10 minutes early. I checked in and decided to use the wait in car feature. I never received a text to come in, so I decided to go in and see what was going on. The receptionist,Markina, at the desk was the rudest person I ever met !! I simply explain that I never received a text to come in and I got all types of attitude telling me I’ve sent it several times and I’ve taken you out. I will just have to put you back in and reschedule you just totally unnecessary. Thank God the phlebotomist was very professional and apologize for such behavior.

I visit this location every three months for bloodwork. Staff is unfriendly to say the least. Office closes at 5 o'clock, but staff is eager to rush me out and lock the door. Sign should say 'close at 4:45'! Good luck!

I just left from here. Very unimpressed by the receptionist’s attitude & customer service. She doesn’t need to be in a patient facing role. She clearly hates her job.

Went for a drug test for work and was told to be 15 min early so when I arrived I checked in. The middle aged black women was there I said my appointment is at 10 she said rudely you will have to wait. I said ok I was told to be here early. She ignored me. I asked again as she just looked at me with disgust and the other lady nicely answered for her. Wow! How do u keep your job lady. Stay away people. Go somewhere else if u can. I've read the reviews here and this place is terrible.

My blood draw was super easy and surprisingly painless! The nurse was friendly and great at her job, plus I was in and out in 8 minutes.

Yes, I gave them 5 stars and I’ll tell you why. I arrived this morning at 8:30am. And yes there were about 6-8 ppl there, however, I did the express check in, sat down, & within 5-10 minutes my name was called to come up to the desk. As soon as she said, “thank you, have a seat…” the nurse in the back said, “Katherine.” Here’s the big part of the 5 stars: I despise having my blood drawn. Ever. Sometimes I get faint even. This nurse was able to bring up the vein in my arm which has normally been difficult for others in the past & I didn’t even feel the needle go in. Two minutes later I was out the door. Yes I’m sure they deal with staff shortages and delays but that’s anywhere nowadays. I’d much rather come here to my local LabCorp than drive to Raleigh or further just because some reviews for this location said they had to wait hours. And maybe that was their experience, although I cannot see how they spent hours there, but that’s what they said. My experience on the other hand was and is worthy of the 5 stars. I was in and out as a walk-in with no appointment scheduled. Thank you to the LabCorp ladies this morning.

Today I had a 4:30pm appointment and I arrived at 4:05pm. I clicked on the link sent to me via text and checked in. I received a text immediately and went into the building. The receptionist took my ID and insurance card, pulled some papers and the person took me to a station to draw my blood. My information was verified and I was asked which arm I preferred. I was out in five minutes. This visit to Labcorp was one of the fastest and most pleasant experiences I have ever had and I plan on going to Labcorp for all future needs. I forgot to point out that I didn't feel a thing when I usually feel a little jab.

I don’t get mad, but the lack of integrity in the staff actually sent me over the edge. It’s crazy how I was the only one in the entire building who had their s**t together, yet I was the one who waited over an hour for a simple drug test. If you need anything from Labcorp, go to a different location because this one is awful.

No staff, long lines! Insanity inside. This is NOT a critique of the staff at Labcorp--they were SUPER, going above and beyond to be kind and considerate, but the location is incredibly understaffed and way, way, overbooked. I don't know why anyone would work in this environment! Insanity. People waiting for hours, medical/lab staff are busy answering the phones and collecting registration paperwork, all while actually trying to do their actual job of drawing blood and collecting specimens? Do they clean the bathrooms also? Ridiculous. I feel bad for the staff!

Not going to lie, reading the previous reviews I didn't have high expectations. Sorry, LabCorp. However, from the minute I arrived everything went great. I made an online appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early and clicked on the link I was sent through text message. Answered a couple of things and added my cell number. Within a minute, I received a text saying to come inside and wait for my name to be called. I no sooner walked through the door and my name was called. The lady at the receptionist's desk was very nice. My orders were not sent in prior so I had to bring them in. Which unfortunately gave her extra work to do but she handled it well and was very kind. I was then told to head to the back. I had blood work and a urine test that needed to be done. Was done in about 3 minutes with all of it! Btw, the phlebotomist was extremely professional and nice. Very good at her job!
