My children use to attend the cheer program at this gym. We pulled our daughters from the program due to mismanagement of funds, poor leadership of the program, not having proper equipment, and an under trained staff. As a person who worked there at the time, I was able to see how poorly the program was ran and the numerous mistakes that would lead them to failing the girls and the families. Yes, it is a christian environment, but that does not negate poor business practices and maintenance. I wish them well in their future, but I would not recommend them to anyone I know who child may be serious about cheer at this time.

????? Five-Star Review for Element Gymnastics and Sports Center ?????When my family moved to North Carolina, my daughter's passion for gymnastics took a hit after she joined a competitive team at another gym. The experience there was disheartening as she lost the love she had nurtured for over four years in the sport. She even suffered an injury due to improper spotting, leaving her hesitant and unwilling to attend practices. It was a tough time for both of us.But then, everything changed when we discovered Element Gymnastics and Sports Center. From the moment she attended their open gym session, my daughter's spark for gymnastics was reignited. It was like a breath of fresh air and a glimmer of hope that she could love the sport again. She took the leap of faith and joined their competitive team, and it has been a life-changing decision. The staff at Element Gymnastics is exceptional—patient, kind, and understanding of each child's needs. They worked tirelessly with my daughter through her tough mental block, guiding her with compassion and expertise.Their coaching team is well trained, and you can see their passion for nurturing young athletes. They don't just focus on skills but also prioritize the mental and emotional well-being of the children in their care. The full-day summer camp at Element Gymnastics was a blessing for us. Not only did it keep my 13-year-old daughter entertained, but it also managed to pry her away from electronics throughout the summer. Trust me, that's no small feat for a teenager!Nowadays, she spends most of her days at the gym, from 9 am to 7 pm, and she would gladly stay even longer if she could. That's a testament to the amazing environment they have created at Element Gymnastics, where kids feel motivated, inspired, and valued. Moreover, the fact that she will be joining the home school co-op this year speaks volumes about how much she loves being part of the Element community. In summary, I cannot express enough gratitude to Element Gymnastics and Sports Center for rekindling my daughter's passion for gymnastics and providing her with an environment where she can thrive both physically and mentally. Their dedication to their athletes is truly commendable, and I highly recommend Element to any parent looking for a nurturing and empowering gymnastics experience for their child.Thank you, Element Gymnastics, for all that you do! You have made a positive and lasting impact on our lives. We are grateful beyond words. ?❤️

I have been going to Element Allstate for many years. I started as a gymnast at the old gym and then switched to cheer. I am now a cheer coach there but continue to tumble and work on gaining and bettering my skills. I absolutely love the gym and the coaches there. I have had the privilege to be coached by some amazing people who have helped me to not only increase my skill level dramatically, but to learn to be a better coach myself. The space is amazing and so much fun, and the environment is always positive and uplifting. The coaches push you to be your best, while also encouraging you and making sure you know they are always proud. The coaches are hard working people who want nothing but the best for the athletes and the owners have an incredible love for the gym, the athletes, the programs, and everything Element Allstars. The amount of athletes that the gym has brought in just this year has been amazing to see because they love it here! At the end of the day, God is always first and the kids are reminded that we should strive to me more like Jesus every day. They not only work on their athletic abilities, but are taught how to be better individuals.

DO NOT RECOMMEND ‼️‼️‼️‼️The owners have NO gymnastics or cheerleading experience, and most of the programs (other than gymnastics) are ran by parents with no experience or safety certifications. There are a few amazing people who work there but it doesn’t make up for the lack of organization, safety, and management. They also are horrible to the employees even though they push a christian environment. If you want your child to get safe and real gymnastics or cheerleading instruction (at any level) take your money and time somewhere else.

My daughter Zoey loves Element! We have been there for 2 years. She started doing gymnastics and switched to cheer. Coaches Brooke and Savannah took her under her wings and she blossomed. Although they are not there now, they helped her gain lots of skills that she uses now. She is still doing cheer and she loves it. The cheer coaches there Crystal, Kevona, Rachel, and Gloria have extensive knowledge of cheer, so much so that we have seen an increase in volume. Element Allstars have went from 2 teams to 4. The most important thing about this place is God is first no matter what. That will always be the most important thing. <3

My child was assaulted and bullied on several occasions. Everything seemed to get swept under the rug. A bruised and cut eye was the final straw. I never received a call or follow up with the owners. Please do your research and follow your gut when choosing childcare.

My daughter was there during track out and left with a broken arm. I'm upset since they never notified me. I spoke with the owner 4 days after the incident and was told that he saw her fall and didn't thought anything of it.This place is a huge liability!!They needed to notified me and file and incident report that I needed to sign. When I picked my daughter she was crying with a swollen arm. We had to wait until the swelling went down to get her cast on. She had a Radial head fracture. They were quick to charge us for the weeks of track out but they don't care about the kids.Besides the broken bone the safety of this place is poor... any stranger can come in and take any kid they want. No one will stop you or questions you. They claim they have policies but they don't apply them.I do not recommend this place!

So I’m not thrilled with this center. My three year old got hurt and they didn’t seem to care much. She has a black eye from falling and thankfully I was there and was able to calm her down. I don’t feel like they taking measures to keep them very safe at this age. The main instructors are not the warmest and they push them through activities quickly and don’t even show them what to do. There are a lot of kids and not enough supervision or structure. I also would have liked for my daughter to have been given more care when she got hurt. No one seemed to care or notice that she got hurt even though she was crying and very upset. She might have been seriously injured. She spent the rest of the time rubbing her eye and when practice was over she started crying again. Again no one really seemed to care that she was upset and when I told the instructor (who really should have seen what happened) how she got hurt, she brushed it off and said she seemed positive throughout the rest of class…not the response I would have given in my opinion . What if she had something like a concussion. It’s a black eye that I had to get ice on and check on myself when I got home. Again I’m sorry to write this review, but I’m extremely disappointed in this facility.

I live only about 10 minutes from Nick’s Flippin Kids but drive my daughter the extra 10 minutes to Morgan’s Gymnastics in Smithfield. When I tried to sign my daughter up for a free trial I called, emailed, and even showed up to the location because NO ONE was answering any of my questions or helping me.When I walked in no one was around to even help me sign up. Then when someone finally came to the desk she said she wasn’t even working here anymore but would help me. She gave me the wrong schedule it turns out so I still didn’t get the help I needed. We finally get my daughter in for a trial and it was completely unprofessional with all very young instructors who were ON THEIR PHONES and sitting down pretty much doing nothing while children jumped on the trampoline.I would not reccomend going here!

My daughter started here this past summer last year and she loved it! She was progressing very well and received a lot of compliments from the competition coaches. Because of her progression my 4 year old is currently in a competition class with girls half her age (9-11 years old) and because of the ages of the other girls her teacher can be rude and strict at times on her and she gets very impatient with her if she doesn’t get it right the first time not even considering how old she is compared to the other girls which I’ve also explained to an older lady at the front desk (don’t know her name). I’ve even had to explain to her teacher (who is a teenager) that she has to do more than verbally tell her something but show her the move so that she can properly execute it. I also overheard her teacher speaking about my daughter instead of coming to me on the things that she may need to work on like an adult should be doing. I’ve tried rescheduling to put her on a different team that had an adult teacher for both classes (since it’s twice a week) because it seems like the adult teachers care a lot more and are more patient as well as having more technique but because of my busy work schedule we’ve had to work with the classes I was able to bring her to. She really enjoys gymnastics here but if this continues I will consider moving her to a different location!

My kids love it here. 3 years ago we started in the preschool now the oldest is doing gymnastics with the siblings in the school. The kiddos learned a great deal here. The teachers are wonderful. The owners are wonderful. I love there is a christian basis to all aspects if this business.
