Unlike my most recent appointment, the first visit in Feb was great. They were friendly, helpful, did a good job and did it quickly. The second visit was a DISASTER. I ordered the same services as the first time, but the bill was $12.99 more! They charged for a Brush-out and shave (whatever that is) and they charged a MATERIALS fee! Neither extra charge was on the first bill. It's been a couple weeks since I complained about it, but all I've received is an email suggesting, "Next time you're in the store, feel free to ask for me." It didn't say what position she had at the store or WHY I should contact her, so I asked in my reply. I haven't heard back. One other thing, a groomer was on the phone apologizing up and down to someone and offering to pay the vet bill out of her own pocket. Bottom line: PETCO can take their store and shave it!

Simple to order your pet items online then go into the store, grab em and leave. Best use of my time, no hassle and easy. Most of the staff are helpful.

I had the greatest service at that location, two day in a row. The young lady was not used to selling fish (for an aquarium), she and I learned about the fish that I purchased. She was very honest and most helpful. I fact I went back today .. and got the same salesgirl. Excellent Customer Service.

I do not normally shop here but I needed diapers for my senior pup. I called and ahead of time and they put my item on hold. I walked in, checked out and left. So quick!

Passive aggressive behavior when returning parrot food. My 14-year-old has been dealing with quality issues and the clerk questions whether or not I need to return something and get it replaced with the same product from a different lot #. “Did you know it’s the same food?” No, I’m just stupid. “ I need help with this return because I can’t do it and this guy thinks that there’s other bag of food will work”. Do that again and you’ll find out how much I care about your feelings.

I gave this a 3 star review because of the prices only. It’s very EXPENSIVE.I had a coupon that came with a pup box I got for Brutus Bone Broth. It was to good to pass up since my girl, Oakley absolutely LOVES this as a frozen treat. The coupon was too good to pass up. $4.99 for a full thing of it however I had to pick it up which wasn’t a problem. While I was there I decided to look around to see how much items cost since my dog was with me I decided to get her a treat. As I was looking at dog toys, treats as well as dog food I seen the prices were EXPENSIVE. You can get the same things at other stores or online anywhere between $3-$8 cheaper. I ended up getting her a sample bag of two different treats that were $2.09 & $2.99 each bag has anywhere between 5-10 little treats in them with a $2 coupon on the back which I love since I can use it anywhere. I can say the associates are very sweet & helpful and the store is really clean even with animals going in and out all day ? Unfortunately I will not be shopping here again unless I would like to get a small bag of treats for her to try before getting a bigger bag which will be a while because the two I did get, she absolutely LOVES!!! She’s a very picky eater so I’m going to stick to those for a while along with the bones she loves from Amazon.

First of all, I called the store , and spoke to an employee about freshwater fish. Her name is Tori. She was so kind, and so patient with me. I ask her alot of questions, and she did not hesitate to answer each question. She took her time helping me. Then we came to the store, and she helped us with picking out some freshwater fish we had talked about. Again, she was very helpful, informative, and answered every question we had. I just wanted her management team to know how much I appreciate her help, and time. She is definitely an asset to your company. Please tell her thank you again for us…I will look for her again, when we come back to your store….

Only went in for cat flea treatment but left extremely satisfied! Staff was very friendly and helpful and immediately helped me find what I was looking for. They let me hold a ferret as well after asking if they had any! 10/10 experience highly recommend this Petco!

Employee was rude, argumentative and lacked knowledge in what they were saying. Copped a major attitude, and any repercussion to that employee is unlikely as they seem VERY comfortable in their behavior. Meaning, they get away with too much.The fish tank area has been poorly maintained and unkempt for months now. Stock is always blocking aisles, messy and dirty floor. The ferret cages are filthy and they lack again, basic up to date knowledge on animal care. Please do not take advice from a retail pet store worker on your furkid's care.

Some of the staff are lovely wonderful people but some are not. I’ve encountered some bad attitudes, today I heard someone say “ugh I hate people” I hope she wasn’t talking about me ?☹️
