“From sad to glad, instantly. Overall amazing experience at the post office today. Went to renew me and my son’s passport and almost cried, due to me coming after 3, but two beautiful ladies helped me accomplish my goal today. Thank you Jess for letting me proceed and thank you Ilaka for supporting and helping me as well. Both of these ladies are saints and kind. I love meeting people who have great customer service. Stay beautiful and blessed ladies.”

“This is the best post office in the area. The clerk is super nice and is always willing to assist you in any way possible. She goes above and beyond her call of duty.”
“The best post office in the Triangle! The staff are all so helpful and patient. When I mailed my wedding invitations, they made sure everything was good to go and took the time to walk me through the hand-canceling process. They also double-checked whether my invites would be machinable (turns out they weren’t!), explained why, and helped me figure out the best solution. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!”
“I would like to say I had a great experience here. Mrs Tamala had so much patience and understanding that me and my family would like to thank her and the whole company . Her knowledge and professionalism contributed to the send of my 6 packages without stress?. Thanks again???????”
“Have only had good experiences here. Last time there was an issue with holding mail for the company I work for-and it was all hands on deck with the front desk, managers, everyone working to fix the issue. Super friendly and very supportive!”

“I've always had exceptional service and very friendly staff at the Clayton post office, I visit about once and month and rarely spend more than 5-10 minutes in line.”
