Pharmacy and staff are horrible, rude, do not respect patient privacy, the drive thru is never open and they consistently change times that they claim to be closed for lunch, under staffed, 4 day wait to refill a prescription. 30+ day wait for one of the most common prescriptions there is. 30 days is unacceptable for any health related item. I'm transferring everything across the street. Service is so bad and the short squeaky voiced female staff member was very quick to snap at me when I asked why my prescription was delayed for 30 days and thought she ran the place. She put the icing on the cake when she allowed a customer behind me to impose on my patient privacy and she rudely snatched my paid prescription out of my hand. Customer service was beyond unacceptable and I had a very good notion to have the camera reviewed along with her poor customer service attitude and take it a few steps further! Totally mismanaged pharmacy.

Publix is my pharmacy....... Another pharmacy claimed to have sent 2 requests within 2.5 hours to this Publix for a transferred prescription, but there system did not see either request. (Publix had asked me to have another pharmacy ask them to transfer my prescription since they did not have it in stock, unfortunately.) A total of 4 phone calls later to 3 pharmacies, and my husband tried to find out was it transferred, too, Publix still didn't show the transfer. We checked 2.5 hours later, no request received. Zack said to reach out again to the other pharmacy . So,we did. They claimed that they sent it, but would send it again..Later, Zack still did not see the request from the one that said they sent it... yet the other pharmacy had said they sent it 2 times.As a courtesy to me, Zack sent the transfer to the other pharmacy and promised to call them. The problem was on the other pharmacy's end...Zack called me back to let me know they had it via his phone call and no one there at the new pharmacy had sent the request as promised per the new pharmacy!! (Maybe they will fill it. Hope I don't need to go through this again)...So.... Thanks Zack!

The pharmacist and pharmacist tech's are the absolute best!. Always helpful, polite as well as professional. I'm in my late 60's so I've seen my share of pharmacies and this one is the best I've experienced. They have always done whatever is necessary to assist me. FIve stars plus!!!!!!

Most of the time I have to call to check on a prescription that was sent over a day or two ago and it's either 1) hasn't even been processed yet which is then started after I call or 2) they are out and are waiting for a shipment to come in (which I'm never contacted about). I've never had to wait this long for prescriptions consistently.

We moved to Clayton a few months ago I moved all of our prescriptions over to this pharmacy so far I'm not impressed. I was at a different Publix pharmacy and all of our medications were synced together so I only had to go to the pharmacy twice a month for everybody in the house. This particular location cannot seem to get them all synced up.

I stopped in to pick up a prescription at this North Carolina Publix. There was one lady a head of me, so I just waited. After about 15 minutes, I asked the other customer if they even acknowledged her yet, and she said no. They never acknowledged me either. I asked the young lady (with blonde hair) who was working the area when someone was going to address the people waiting at the counter? Quickly, she snapped at me and started telling me about other the customers who were sitting off to the side that they had been waiting for over 40 minutes and they were still waiting. She never answered my question. I could not wait any longer at that time. I have been a Publix customer for years, I never felt disrespected by anyone from Publix before. If I lived in this area, I would shop anywhere else but here. I can understand a lot. However, I will not accept being disrespected or snapped at for asking a simple question.I would a a like to add when I went through the drive through later to pick up my prescription, a different Tech was very polite and kind. Over all experience poor and disappointing.

The people at this pharmacy are amazing and so so nice! I travel for work and for some reason we could not find my husbands RX anywhere here! We are here for a bit so need to get it here. Other pharmacies were extremely rude and not at all helpful. I understand it’s a narcotic and people abuse these but my husband was in major car accident, where he was a John Doe, and multiple surgeries he is still here! Some people do use them appropriate and it is just not necessary or for you to say or judge or be rude to a paying customer!! He still can’t walk or stand for longer then 20 min. Again regardless it’s not your business or concern. The staff here were so helpful and so sweet. Thank you for that. The other Publix in Raleigh was as well as they looked for him to let us know which Publix to go to! Ty Overall Publix!! I wish we had one up North!! I will forever look for a Publix when I travel!!

Publix has always been such a great place to shop. Customer service has always been amazing. So when our preferred pharmacy left our ins, we decided to give Publix a try.WOW! What a difference.The pharmacy has extremely poor customer service and does not seem able to fill a prescription within 24 hours. I have NEVER seen a pharmacy that takes over 24 hours for every single prescription.Even worse, on more than one occasion, there was going to be a delay by days for medication, and zero contact was made to let us know. One of those medications was needed asap, ordered early, and ended up delayed by FIVE days with no one bothering to let us know.I don't have to say, we have transferred all our prescriptions to another pharmacy and won't darken their doorstep again.No, we would never recommend the Clayton Publix pharmacy.

Sean, I would’ve preferred to send you a private message. We have been buying two of your chef or cobb salads every week since April. Do not know if you guys make them yourselves however every week we are dumping the tomatoes. They are the most awful tasting tomatoes. Does your staff is expired ones?

The staff is very courteous and kind and understanding.. so you couldn't ask for a better place to shop..And I love the Memorial Day display they had up .. They earned my respect today.. Way to go publixs you've got a customer for life..
