I grew up where the pharmacist knew who you were. They knew what meds one was on and cared about the person. Those days are gone with "big box" pharmacies like CVS, Wallgreens, Walmart, etc. at the end of the day, are they care about is filling scripts. Today's pharmacies are measured on quantity and not quality. Look, Realo may not be the cheapest but, there is value to staff who genuinely care about your well-being and strive for excellence. I myself could go through my provider's mail program to save money. Howver, I want to feel cared for. I do not want to be just a number. At Realo- they know your name. They care about you. They do not make you wait hours. They communicate effectively and follow through. If you trust your well-being to less, well... good luck. Would you go to a neurosurgeon from Groupon? Make the change.

Everyone at Realo is extremely helpful and kind. They are always willing to take time to answer any questions. Plus you don't have to wait a long time to get your prescription filled and ready for pickup or delivery. They are the best drugstore I have ever done business with.

Absolutely wonderful service! The cashier Caleb was one of the most respectful young men I’ve ever interacted with. Mr Chris was also very helpful when I had a question about my medication! I would highly recommend this location!

Chris wright is a wonderful pharmacist. He and Peggy were so very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Realo in Clayton for pharmacy needs as well as answering questions. Very happy I stopped in today.

This pharmacy by far is the best. They are always friendly, if you have a question the pharmacist is always willing to help.Iam bad with names but there is a lady that works the window she is the sweetest caring person, I always enjoy seeing her friendly smiling face!

I have been so happy since switching my prescriptions to Realo in Clayton. My parents also get their medication filled there as well. The staff is always accommodating and kind. They take their time taking care of their patients and make sure patients get the attention they need.

How in the world is it possible for these ppl to think this place is great in anyway. I have been lied to with my insurance company on the phone and have been treated like trash since I started going here. My insurance company is investigating! I'm sorry your not God or a MD only a pharmacist but you pretend you are but since my insurance company took care of all for me and are watching to see who access my file b/c its against the law HIPPA! The NY at the drive thur oh wow I had to pray and took all of me not to come out of character. They are expensive, liars, rude and have no customer service skills. If you have such a God complex to hold ppl meds from them maybe you such get a new career and take loud mouth rude women with you she cant speak she screams. I'm definitely filling a complaint with the pharmaceutical board as instructed by my insurance company and as are they. I have all conversations recorded when they told me my insurance wouldn't cover my meds but they never even ran it!!! Disgusted with this place and the 2 ppl who caused so much trouble for me when I was sick. God sees all!
