Over time the quality of the wash here has gone down. I get dirty streaks on my side windows. It started on the right and has progressed to both sides over the past 2 months. I've asked them to re-calibrate or refresh their equipment but they have not. I plan on canceling my membership. Too bad because the location is great and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Very disappointed that they took coffee out that was one of the perks coming here also last couple of washers were not that great i have pickup truck seems like tailgate not getting clean

BEWARE!!! DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR. CHECK THE TOP OF YOUR CAR FOR SCRATCHES/DAMAGE AFTER EVERY WASH!!! This car wash damaged and left numerous scratches on the top of my business partner’s car, as well as the car behind him. He alerted the staff and set up a meeting with the owner. Our time was completely wasted as the owner kept repeating same thing over again. He kept explaining how the car wash works, as if that makes a difference for the damage left on my vehicle. He refused to take our concerns into consideration, which leads me to believe that they don’t offer actual claims and will destroy your car and leave YOU to blame for any and all damage done to your vehicle no matter how much evidence you provide. It has been made clear that their failure to offer a quality car wash is the customer’s responsibility. This place is a total scam and not worth doing business with, as you can also see in other reviews that their staff deliberately tricks people into subscribing to monthly memberships, very scammy establishment. Do yourself a favor and go to literally any other car wash

DO NOT COME HERE! This car wash will SCRATCH your paint!! AND YOUR VEHICLE WILL STILL BE DIRTY!! This happened to myself AND the vehicle that proceeded after me! Even if you make a claim (like I did) they will send out their site manager who will try to come up with any excuse for them to be not at fault. And when I asked him to get a second opinion, he said he will not and he’s the only one that’ll make the decision. Horrible place, overpriced for what you get. HORRIBLE structure as a company and they keep scamming people into memberships.

We have been members here for about 2 months. Overall, I am very satisfied with my experience. The dryers at some other car washes seem to do a better job drying your car. Sam's provides microfiber cloths and glass cleaner. The wash seems to get the vehicles cleaned adequately. They have lots of parking spaces to vacuum and dry your car.

Understand your not paying for a handwash. This is however the best self serve drive through tunnel around. They use chemicals and low pressure pressure washers before the wash. Inside the tunnel there are many brushes unlike the competition which may have 1 for each side and one that goes across the top. You are gonna still need to get out and wipe down any areas that were missed, they do supply towels and glass cleaner as well as a machine to clean your floor mats. The vacuums have always worked well when I was there and they have a crevice attachment as well as a wide attachment. I have the membership on 3 out of my 5 cars only because the other 2 are too low to go through. You can go every day if you want , I think it's about 20 bucks per month.You will have a good experience as long as you keep in mind that this is a self serve wash, there's gonna be some left over soap in the cracks and crevices and some areas that the brushes can't reach,this is the nature of washes like these.Generally, even with a line you can get in and out fairly quick

I have a monthly account and it's nice to just drop in and get a quick car wash. Normally it does a great job. The employees are always polite. Some do a better prewash than others.

I went here for a wash and a month later was charged for their subscription I do not live in the area and did not sign up for it at all suggest anyone who has gone here to check bank statements
