Choose two different colors the purple called forever lilac is in master bedroom and the blue which is called Bluebell for my master bathroom the manager at this particular location did not think they would go good together. Obviously it's my choice I think they look amazing together

Each & every time I have gone to this store, the staff was very friendly, helpful & knowledgeable of the products they sale. All my questions were answered! I would highly recommend them & will go back for any of my project's supplies!

The folks here are knowledgeable and friendly. They are willing to educate without making you feel inferior. They have good deals and I will no longer go to lowes or home depot for paint.

I visited this store today for a gallon of ceiling paint. My husband and I did business here one year ago when we moved into our new build. We had a fantastic experience then. I decided to go back today and I’m sorry I did. It was a…strange experience? I couldn’t put my finger on it while I was there. I was greeted, but when I asked a few questions of the employee (Hispanic guy with mustache) he seemed irritated? It wasn’t blatantly rude and I couldn’t figure out if it had been a rough day or if that’s just his general demeanor. Some people just aren’t super upbeat(and that’s ok!) I figured maybe that was it. I decided to grab a can of the ceiling paint in the color we chose for our trim, this color is called ‘Alabaster.’ Pure White or Extra White would be a bit too much contrast. When I told him I’d take a gallon of this he came across as a bit sarcastic and said, “Are you SURE?” I told him yes. I told him in the beginning that we’d done our trim and doors with Alabaster. We literally chose the colors for our home ourselves. I’m absolutely positive about what I want/need. I read back through some of the previous reviews and one lady said she felt discriminated against because she was female. There was also another review stating the entire vibe was off in the store. I wholeheartedly agree with both reviewers and believe that’s an accurate description for how I felt today while in store. Lowes carries HGTV Sherwin Williams and it’s relatively decent. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time and I won’t ever recommend this location. I hope they can rectify the issues they seem to have there and keep the customer service more consistent. It was top notch the first time we went.

I purchased single gallons of paint and received two damaged cans in the order. I took the products and proceeded to job site 2.9 miles away. When I arrived one of the cans had opened and spilled in back of my truck. After spending 30 minutes cleaning up the mess I took the damaged container back to store and explained what happened. The rep informed me it was not leaking when you left and once it is out of the door it is no longer our responsibility.WHAT POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!I am a general contractor, this is not my first time transporting paint.I wanted to get a replacement but was told it was not their problem.I will NOT use sherwin-williams againI asked to speak to the manager and was informed, with extreme attitude, "I am the manager"STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

I needed a few gallons of paint and this nice young gentleman named Dante was so helpful! He was very knowledgeable and offered great advice to someone who knows absolutely nothing about interior painting. I highly recommend this store!

Not really the fastest service or the best but I got the impression that the workers were new. Maybe in need of a better training process. The inside of the store was nicely maintained

Awful experience at this store! My husband and I stopped by by Saturday morning and as we walked in I smiled and said hello to the lady behind the counter. She looked extremely annoyed and walked over to the guy sitting in back office to say something, laughed and came back out followed by the guy. I thought she was getting him to help us but he didn’t greet us — he just stood there. Besides it feeling rude their vibe was just plain weird. I was inquiring about getting touch up paint and asked my questions to the lady. She answered my questions but had a ‘couldn’t care less’ attitude and was only answering them to get rid of us, not to be helpful. We didn’t buy anything and needless to say will not go back to this location.

this was my first and LAST time ever visiting this store, because I thought I would never have to write this, but here I am....The two male employees there, completely discriminated against me because I am a woman. Period.We are remodeling two of our bathrooms and needed to buy paint. We usually go to Lowes but I thought, why not support this local Sherwin Williams.I walked in, NO ONE was there besides he two male employees, one black and one hispanic I believe which is relevant because they should know what it feels like to be discriminated against and therefore should not behave that way, yet they did.They DID NOT greet me. They DID NOT offer to help me. I walked over to the paint area, and two male customers walked in within moments of one another and they jumped at the chance to both greet and as to help them at the registers.So I grabbed some paint colors and I took my money and my business back to Lowes and they can color match the ones that I picked out.So if you are a female, avoid this store. They made it apparent that women aren't worth their time to help as customers, but if you are a man....they will ask how high they can jump for youPLUS let's just mention how the store felt stuffy and was overpriced while we are at it.....hopefully someone at a higher level who maybe owns this store, can teach their employees how to not be discrimatory.
