It was OK, I was returning some items (cable boxes) since we decided not to pay those crazy prices for their service for not many "unlocked" channels. The lady who helped me was friendly.

The place was very clean and the staff was nice. The only issue was something was wrong with the system (NOT THEIR FAULT) the customers couldn't pay their bills with cash/credit.

Spectrum is one of the worst internet providers I've had. Over the last 6 months they've raised prices on me unannounced, even after providing a promotional discount after calling in. Very frustrated at their shady practices.

This for consumers that uses spectrum services. If your have problems with internet connection or Tv there are tip on how to troubleshoot. You can and service technician in Consent codes to your box.. if that doesn’t work unplugged the cord and wait 60 seconds to do hard start. I see that some have problems getting connected to the internet. Make your device is not on airplane mode . This are simple instructions to fix with out have a technician coming to your house. You can also YouTube on how to connect to the internet.

My daughter and I went in around 12:15 Sunday. I needed to downgrade her IPhone to a flip phone due to social mediainfluence.Phil helped us right away as we stepped in the store. He was so helpful and polite. I wanted to shout out to him to let him know we enjoyed his service!

I called to re-activate my mothers internet and asked for the exact same service that we had prior, just internet, nothing else. And just found out when logging into my acct, they are charging me for phone, tv, and internet. When I called, they said someone obviously didn’t understand and gave me a bundle I never asked for and are proceeding to charge me for it while acknowledging it was their mistake in the first place. Absolutely terrible service.

Sat in there for about 30 minutes, two people ahead of me and only 1 of the workers was doing anything. I was totally ignored and finally walked out. A bunch of lazy people working there.

The door says the store closes at 8 PM. I just stood at the door at 7:50 PM, while a worker stood behind a computer ignoring my knocks to return my modem. Doors were locked and there was a worker behind the computer. Another lady came out who was there vacuuming said she only cleans but said she was sorry and was speaking to the Spectrum worker behind the computer who told me to go to USPS to return the modem. Terrible customer service.

I visited the Spectrum store today (02/13/2023) approximately 10:40 am, the store sign in tablet was randomly working. Unfortunately, it let the two gentlemen in front of us sign in and it would not let us move forward one screen then freeze, allow us to back out then freeze. So we stopped trying, we waited our turn patiently. There were three (3) employees, 2 men and 1 woman. We approached the lady and I guess she woke up on the wrong side of the bed and did not want to come to work. Her attitude and customer service was just terrible, no good morning, welcome to Spectrum. She was short with her responses and the look on her face, not wanted to be bothered before we could explain what was going on with our phone. We stated that the tablet was not working correctly and she stated that it was working with the two previous customers instead of going and looking at the tablet. I moved forward to explain and show her my phone and she asked did we have additional coverage on the phone, we stated yes. At this point she pulls out a brochure and circles a telephone number and tells us we need to file a claim. She provided no additional information. I asked is there any option that I can get a temporary phone, she just shook her head. I was very disappointed with the customer service. The phone was purchased from that store when we paid over $2,000 for our phones I just think how you got our business you should want to keep it and know that when we come in the store that we need assistance on repairs and we deserve the same quality services. Yes, I am very upset regarding this situation, she needs more training because customer service is not one of her strong skills set.

I have spectrum because I have no other option for Internet as far as I’m aware. It’s like traveling back in time 20 years ago and dial up was a thing. It also goes out at least once a week if not five or six times. They also told me that when I go through outages they’re going to credit me back for the time that the Internet was out. Those were lies.I also notice that they responded to this. I have contacted them several times and they won’t do anything about it. At one point my router was stuck in an update that was flawed that caused my router to reset over and over and over again for weeks and I was told that I was gonna be credited back for the time that my Internet was not working and that never happened and I still had to pay my bill without having Internet.
