First off, the folks are nice, especially Ms. April.But they can't get an order right. Check your order before you leave, no matter how difficult it is to do so.We asked for sour cream on the stacker and no sour cream on the cheesy double beef burrito, and they got the sour cream confused. ??I don't understand the issue, considering the whole time there was a person in the back bringing up that everyone needs to double check what they're making and they don't need any more bad reviews. Then I find this delightful note at the bottom of my bag.Nobody puts baby in a corner.

My first fast-food review, and I must say, the bar wasn't set too high - we're talking fast food... Yet, you'd hope for the basics, like, you know, getting your entire order. The issue here for me is that this location hasn't been opened that long but in my three visits, I've never received my entire order. I guess at this point, shame on me for returning but come on Taco Bell. I've had food items missing on all three separate occasions. And folding a burrito seems to be a lost art here; it's more of a tortilla with some toppings thrown in the paper. Is burrito folding not in the job description at Taco Bell? Do they even have criteria? But, with that, some positivity - my last order included a card with a note and a hotline for order discrepancies. So that a sign they're trying to fix their fiasco. My order still wasn't right, but at least I got to chat with 'Jose' (thanks, number on the card), who was surprisingly helpful and very nice. Here's hoping Jose is the Flowers Taco Bell savior we've all been waiting for!

Iv ordered online twice. Both times my meal wasn't even started until I pulled up. 15 min later. It was 11pm with no one in line.

Absolutely a disgrace I’m traveling through as an Amazon XL worker and the service here is pitiful, super slow, no one was even in there for them to pretend like they were so busy. literally walked out after ordering so sad.

I can't speak for the night crew, but the day crew is usually fantastic. Super polite and simply on point!Service could be faster, but at least the food is always hot and made correctly.If you don't mind waiting a bit, I highly recommend this store over the one on 70 Business.

The ground beef in the taco supreme didn't taste like it had taco seasoning in it. Service seemed slow since my wife and I were the only ones in the there.

I came by here to get some food, used the digital kiosk when I made my order. I didn't order a drink but the manager gave me one any ways. My food was made perfectly, they got it right which is rare at most other Taco Bells.

Been twice recently and both times were satisfied. Quick service and the food was very hot and fresh. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews.

Staff were amazing and top notch. Food was great and service was extremely fast. Very clean showroom. Everyone in the building showed a positive attitude and was very helpful. A++++++++

Heater was broken. New store.Opened the door to enter and disgruntled employee barged out and past us while my 9 year old had to dart out of his way. Never sad excuse me. Froze while waiting 30 minutes for food. Dry environment. Mexican pizzas from here and most Taco Bell’s lately taste like burned griddle or something. It’s an awful after taste. Last trip here. Every time I come here it’s a letdown. Just the truth. Hopefully this will not upset you but help to further along the experience your paying customers are getting.
