Queenie is not friendly; needs customer service etiquette.
Secondly, she tried to talk me into getting a gel manicure and pedicure as she stated that it lasted longer. I was very aware that gel lasts longer, but I was not interested in getting gel. She became annoyed and rushed my manicure. She actually did my manicure while I sat in the pedicure chair. Will not be going back to her!

the reviews low key scared me and i thought i was gonna walk into some place where they don’t know what they’re doing, but i think it’s under hyped and they honestly did a perfect
job and i was definitely happy with my nails and toes at the end ☺️☺️😍

Walked in 5 til 5 walked out 5:52 waited 15 minutes to be serviced and another 10-15 just letting my feet soak while they took care of other customers, there’s only two ppl working so I understand all in all not horrible but not great. Would have liked more time spent on the actual massage part of the pedicure, and more care put into the painting of the nails. But if you are in a rush and want something passable it’s not a bad stop. The owners are very friendly as well.

Such talented people, they work to perfection, but their attitude was beyond rude! They lost a client, I learned a lesson, never go to places where people don’t greet you with a smile or make you feel like an idiot when you ask for a question or recommendation for a service for MY WEDDING! I got up, paid half of the requested service, googled another nail salon, and they saved my DAY, made a beautiful work with a picture as sample and treated me like a QUEEN, everyone there greet you with so much love, I booked all my family for tomorrow morning with my new Nail salon! 7+ people

This place was awesome! It took my mother to get a mani-pedi for a Mother's Day present, and she has never had one before. They were very kind and friendly. Did not make her feel self-conscious at all, and were careful around the parts of her legs that were painful due some of her medical issues. She was so happy, relieved that it wasn't scary, and felt pretty when we were done. Would definitely take her back.

I will never come back to this place. I come there to do my eyebrows but decided to try the dip nails for the first time. While I was getting my nails done, I asked the lady why they were soo thick and if they were finished. She snapped at me and said “not yet” and told me to relax and said they weren’t finished. When they were finished, the polish on my right hand especially my pinky finger was much thicker than the left hand. I told her about it and she didn’t even say sorry but only that she’d redo it. I said forget it and left. Word of advice, listen to your customers the first time cause obviously they did come out thick and my right hand looks terrible. You displayed such terrible customer service today.
