First visit here. I was impressed with the size of the hall, the acoustics and the cleanliness of the place. The staff was friendly and helpful. I highly recommend attending any of the events that the Clayton Center offers.

Enjoyed a Book-Signing, by a local author, Dennis Schlendwein. Author of Remarkably Unremarkable, and a former Secret Service agent, that shares some of the events of his career

The Clayton Center is a beautiful venue! This remodeled school building offers everything you need for a perfect concert or performance. The staff is helpful, both before the show and afterwards. The facilities are top notch. There is easy access parking and every part of the building is handicap accessible. We will definitely be returning to this venue for future performances!

Please adjust your spot lights. This is annoying

Very nice venue to see a show. However, the seats would be better if they were set up as stadium seating versus like an old fashion theater. It becomes hard to see the stage.

Even with GPS you cannot figure out that this is actually within a town hall I thought it was a separate venue. It was not. It was within the town hall which also housed the police department. But when you walk inside it's very nice inside it's beautiful comfortable but very well hidden. As if it was hiding in plain sight. Because of the location and the unfamiliarity of the area I was 20 minutes late. When I got there there was somebody in my assigned seat I didn't fuss I just sat a row or two back from where I was supposed to be sitting the seats were comfortable though. The lobby is beautiful. There were no concessions.

Great small auditorium but need handrails upstairs to maneuver stepping down each level of rows...step down is too far for most people.

Went to a special event at the center. A Murder Mystery Dinner. My wife and I attended. It was staged as a twenties styled speakeasy and the acting was great by the locals. The food was catered and was delicious . I had balsamic fig chicken with mash potatoes, cabbage , ravioli and broccoli. For dessert, I had lemon meringue tart with raspberry sauce. Very entertaining. My second time at the center which used to be a middle school now being used for events.

It would seem that some people saw this event as a long overdue opportunity to get sloppy drunk and talk incessantly during the entire concert. I'm sure the bar is a great source of income but having people go back and forth for more drinks throughout the show was very distracting. We will think hard before we attend another concert here.

This is a nice place for local organizations to have events as well as events that come to the area. I was extremely surprised to hear that the local Clayton High School had to pay a fee to use the facility.
