I've been a member since 2012. I can't say enough great things about this place! It is where people really care about your fitness goals. I've lost weight, and got stronger. Im in my 50s and have done 6 powerlifting competitions. Frankie and the other coaches helped me get there. Also, they have helped me after major shoulder and knee replacement surgeries! This is where they treat you like family!

The trainers at Third Level Fitness create an environment that is positive, supportive, and motivating for reaching your fitness goals. Thanks to the programs created by owner, Frankie Alt, I've exceeded my expectations in the 5 months of going to the Women Only Boot Camp Classes and Barbell Classes. I can't say enough good things about this gym. But I can say, come - join us and learn to LIFT ALL THE WEIGHTS and get fit!

With the help and support of Frankie, the other trainers and the amazing women I worked out with I lost 25lbs in 6 months! Classes are offered 6x a week but I was only able to go 3x a week and still had amazing results!
