Drove from Wilmington helping a friend recover his father's Truck from impound. Both battery's were dead. Everyone went above and beyond to help! Finally got the Truck running with about 30 minutes of effort. The person who helped us was empathetic to the situation, patient, eager to help, almost intimidating with her mechanical knowledge, even more skilled with her common sense approach. The mind-blowing experience for me, is that she is Athletic and looked more like a college cheerleader. IF I LIVED IN the area, I would probably have my vehicle towed regularly just watch her work! Good people, great service. With a cheerleader who knows how to get her own truck out of the mud!All I can say is.... WOW.

I have called back to back and tried to leave multiple voicemails to obtain information on my car that was impounded so that I could get my belongings but they fail to give me a response.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY-Charged over $600 for a 30 min tow falsifying documents that “special equipment” was used. We watched the entire tow- no special equipment was used. Look at the damaged they caused from dragging the vehicle on its side until it flipped itself over. They informed us that had to charge this much because they had an agreement with the police that called in the tow and that’s the fee for everyone. Karma…..Service: Car towing

First I will take responsibility for the fact that this business ended up with my vehicle in the first place I parked my truck in the common area of my neighborhood overnight as I am in the process of moving (shame on me for using a parking lot I pay for HOA). Secondly I work hand in hand with multiple towing agencies on a daily basis as I am in the salvage industry. The exploitive business practices displayed by this company are appalling. Being charged $125 for a 3 mile tow is repulsive. I was prepared for $60-75 for the tow and $30-45 a day storage, but was astounded to be told it would be $215.00. Not to mention the fact when I found out they had my vehicle I was told I would have to wait until the next day to retrieve it, even though everything says 24/7 including office. When I asked how we got to these numbers the kid at the desk said "I don't know if that's just what they told me." And while I was leaving another "employee" remarked "$215, really?" Shameful business.Service: Car towing

Horrible company... first off they broke my axels and wouldn't take responsibility for it.. on there business card it says 24hrs .. 24hrs what? They need to be more specific.. towing or office? And they also charge for storage on the weekends when there closed... .. they also stole my ray bans and beat headphones out of my car.
