Horrible customer service. Allows you to reserve a truck without the truck being there and then transfers your reservation across town sticking you with increased mileage costs.

Reserved a truck 2 weeks ago and showed up he had no idea where the truck was. Don’t waste your time here just go somewhere else. COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME.
