BOOMER ALERT I was trying to delete a picture but deleted 9 months of text messages from my guy. I went into immediate panic mood, and immediately went to the Verizon store up the street from me. I was greeted by this very professional young lady-, I told her what I had done- as I was visibly upset she remained calm and got my phone and worked her magic. Whew! She was able to restore all my messages and was so kind, understanding and professional. Thank you Kristen. You restored my faith in Millennials. You ROCK! Keep up the good work. Blessings to you.

Went to this location 12082023 to pay bill of 237.00 .checked to see if payment had posted on 12/09/23 .Verizon days payment not received. Employee named Coley w entered payment on 12/08/2023 . Going back in morning 12/10/2023 If payment not posted, will be speaking with Manger. If payment can't be found I will be involving Clayton Pd .Because I have invoice that states payment sent 12/08/2023

The best Verizon store experience I’ve had. I think the girl who helped me was named Angie or Amber (sorry I can’t remember!) but she was very knowledgeable and helped me with my phone which was having storage issues.

Angie was amazing !!! So patient and pleasant. She helped us both upgrade and it was a seemless process! She stayed late to make sure that we had everything we needed and were good to go !!

Been with Verizon for over 15 years and this is one of the worst customer service offices that we have been to. The hours are inconvenient and they guard the door and will not let you in if it is even remotely close to them closing (within 10-15 min)if you do have the opportunity to speak to them, they are not entirely the most tech knowledgeable bunch, and were little to no help with new plans etc.They are more pushy to sell you a new phone etcWe are actually considering moving our cell service to AT&T after visiting this location, it was that bad. We are just done.

My experience today at the Clayton North Carolina store was fantastic! Chelsey B and Kirby (I think was his name) were very personable and knowledgeable. Buying a new phone is stressful for me and Chelsey helped me through the entire process with patience and guidance. She even sold me a watch to go with the phone?. Thanks so much for a positive experience!
