Staff is exceptional at customer service and meeting their customers needs. The Clayton staff was very helpful in helping get our small business financial needs sorted out and started. It feels like they are helping friends out.

This is the most Incompetent bank that I've ever dealt with. I never knew for Bank to have such stupid people working for them. I asked for a simple loan they gave me a rash of crap. As soon as I sell my house, I am closing all my accounts with Wells Fargo and going to a credit union that has a little bit better qualified people. Because Wells Fargo sucks!

Treated rudely at your Clayton NC branch today while completing a $14,000 transaction. I am closing my account. You need to treat your ling time customers better, we haven't forgotten you opening thousands of illegal accounts in your customers names a few years ago.

I'll admit, as a new Wells Fargo customer I am less than impressed with their backend/corporate support (estate services etc) and their IT infrastructure seems way behind the times but this BRANCH is awesome, Olivia S and Maxine C went way above and beyond to help met get some really complicated trust issues resolved... Olivia is very tenacious and a real customer advocate, she will absolutely get the job done and if I ever opened a bank she would be the first person I would ask to come and work there. Highly recommended.

I love, Love, LOVE Olivia S. !!! She spent the better part of an hour addressing some issues that we were having with one of my Wells Fargo business accounts. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and exuded a can-do attitude no matter what we threw at her. Olivia deserves recognition for the outstanding customer service that she provided my college and me!

EXTREMELY slow service. Supposedly they can now only have only ONE person working at a time??? We literally waited over 30 minutes to get one piece of paper notarized. If you can't run a branch properly, then maybe you shouldn't

I went to this branch on December 18th to pay off my mortgage...as of today December 28th still hasn't been received!! Tracy handled it for me and I put my faith in competent hands I thought!! 15000 dollars is floating arround somewhere I'm getting charged intrest everyday. I could have wired it or over nighted it if I'd known. Don't go there unless you want the stress worry and have to pay more money!!

I use two banks...Wells Fargo and First Citizens. Both are great for the service provided. I like that Wells is a national, full service bank. I have a free checking account, use direct deposit and have never had an issue with them. For the other poster... it's always better to go to your own bank to cash a check. Banks are on high alert about cashing non customers checks due to identity theft.

This is the worst bank EVER!! For customer service and wait time! I went to this bank on 9/4/12 to cash a check that was drawn from Wells Fargo, I figured it would be easy. I went through the drive thru 1st and after about 10 minutes I was asked to come inside to show a 2nd form of ID and a thumb print since I did not have an account with them. I was fine with that. I walk in and there are 4 tellers; 2 at the front windows, 1 at the drive thru and another wondering around assisting the other tellers if needed, about 15 people waiting in line, plus 2 other employees a female and male in different offices. The teller, Tracy (male), that was not really doing anything saw me called me over and handed me the check and my DL, and said to go into the office with the female employee to verify the account the check was drawn from and to give my thumb print. The female did not introduce herself but took the check, and my DL. She used the computer for a few minutes, I am guessing she was verifying the account. She did make small talk asking my I was due (very pregnant) I said 3 1/2 weeks. We chatted briefly about the baby and then I gave my thumb print and she told me to get back in line and a teller will cash the check. At this point I was #9 in line. The older gentleman in front of me made several comments about how slow and disorganized the branch was and that when he came in its always like this. Not enough tellers, and tellers who don't really do enough work. Needless to say I stood in line for OVER 30 minutes before getting to a window, keep in mind I am very pregnant and 3 1/2 weeks from delivery. When I get to a window, Jason was the teller, he seemed nice, took my 2 IDs and the check, he looked up the account and asked how I wanted the cash. After a second or two said "since you don't have an account with us, there is a service charge and he would be taking out $7.50 from my check! WHAT????? Why was this not informed to me, when I first arrived and had the account and my thumb print taken, by the female sitting in a office???? Since I am not a customer of Wells Fargo I would not have this information until a employee would provided it to me!!!!!!! She should have at first contact, verse making me 3 1/2 weeks from delivering my 3rd child stand in a line for over 30 minutes and then being told after 5 minutes in front of a teller! I also want to mention that not once while the drive thru was empty did that teller get off her chair to assist the lobby. There is also a message printed above the teller windows, a quote by someone, saying something to the effect of doing business based on one word COURTESY!! Well I think that is far from the truth. I was not shown any of this!!!! As I walked out of the bank, the 2 women standing behind me followed me out and stated that the same thing happened to them. 3 people were not given the COURTESY by any of the employees, especially the female who verified the checks and took each of our thumb prints. I ended up taking it to my bank and cashed the check! After which I called my mother to vent, she has been in the banking business for over 20 years in NJ, she works for a different bank, but was shocked that WELLS FARGO employees did not handle the situation according to what WELLS FARGO standards are. I WIlLL NEVER USE, RECOMMEND OR LOOK AT A WELLS FARGO BANK AGAIN! THEY ARE HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!
