Make sure to count your money when withdrawing from the outside ATM, I always do and today I was missing $20. Had to walk inside to figure this out with a clerk. Fortunately it was taking care off and they admitted is not the first time it happens. So be on the look out

Absolutely awful Customer service. When I walked in noone acknowledged me. Sat for 20 minutes waiting for a notary. Decided to go to the counter to withdraw money while I waited. Asked the lady for the notary and was told one wasn't available. This is not the first time this happens. At least 3 times same situation. Just go to garner WF or choose another bank.

No only is bad that they only do drive thruBut they really slow don't go here if you want to be quick they don't care. They be having weather conversations at the drive trough while it be a waiting line of 7 + cars.I'm done with Wells Fargo.!

Today, I came at a very busy hour. There was a really long line of customers, both inside the bank and in the drive-through. There were four women working. Two serviced the inside line and two serviced the drive-though line. They all were working really hard. They were very polite, swift, and kept a great attitude during rush hour. Great job ladies! I appreciate your help with my banking needs.

The drive through of this bank is ridiculous!!! On Saturday September 18th waited over 15 minutes in the lane behind a truck who was still not done they had workers holding up the atm in one lane in which should have been done after hours … and I arrived at opening … almost a half hour later and still waiting for service… Sad ? thinking it’s time to go

Place went downhill. Walk in needing help with a 18 year old account, 1 out of 3 reps helping a customer. I have to make a appointment which would be 3 weeks out. Again 1 out of 3 reps helping someone. Guess they need there catch up time at 9am. Awful.

Ive been to locations in Philadelphia, Devon, Manhattan, Chalfont, all over and this is by far the best location in the United States. Nate is great and always helps me, their mortgage services are great although their rates aren’t the best. I don’t understand the negative reviews and I have visited at least 10 times. They even ordered 2$ bills for my nephews 2nd birthday.
