If you are disabled they will refuse to help you. You can have assets to totalling 3 times the amount you ask to borrow. But do to being disabled and not impoverished unable to get federal disability. I'm unable to find work because I have no car I have a 720 credit score and can't borrow less money than what I have to my name.Sighting lack of income, have medical documentation and asset evidence.Still refuse to help.Actively violating the American with Disabilities act342 got call from management refused to send an email for my records asked for this under per view of the ADA" Mr. Harrison I can't send you an email I don't care if you are disabled or not I can't document this conversion"Horrible customer service

Staff is always friendly. They have some really good mortgage products. Mavis Amaoko is the BEST to work with! She is very knowledgeable and straight forward.

Just needed to talk with someone at a specific location. Automated system is horrible. It sends you around in circles and never connects you to a person. This is the absolute worst system I’ve ever had to deal with. If you don’t want to take your customers calls then maybe we shouldn’t give you our moneyYour customer service is worse than ever before. Think it’s time to look elsewhere for our banking needs

Dialing the bank to talk to a representative is extremely dissatisfying and not helpful at all. The option to speak to representative is not even an option. I spent 20 minutes trying to operate the automated system to no avail. They just kept circling back to the automated system when asking for a representative. This is just THE WORST for people like me who work 40 hours a week during the same hours of operation as the bank.

Very disappointed in my experiences with Allegacy. Staff does not seem to receive adequate training with fraud issues in both member services and Visa credit card department. I had my cards physically stolen and used, and even with a police report the bank has dragged their feet and told me "I don't know" so many times when being asked to simply report the fraud and help me fix my account balances. Their credit card department has dragged my credit score up and down through the mud for the past 4 months because staff made mistakes on the forms and did not know what they were doing. I was told, "they will receive better training," but never received phone calls back from those departments after being on hold for hours the past several months. I've had great interactions with some employees at Allegacy and really do appreciate them trying to help, but when you call member services or their fraud department, everyone can't wait fast enough to transfer you to the next department. They will tell you "you need to transfer and talk to xyz department," despite just having talked to that department and being told they can't help.

I love the Allegacy FCU in Clemmons. They are so quick to respond and get me the information I need when I need it. The loan personnel are phenomenal! I needed a car loan immediately, after searching for a car since February. Samantha had me ready with a check within hours and we picked up our car the next day! I've been with this branch since they opened and hope they're around forever

This place by far the slowest one to go to. Come here weekly and never fails that I sit in line for 30 mins or better, same as going inside. I go to this bank because I live so close but thinking of switching banks because this is ridiculous. Hire some more people or something
