“Lisa & Gabe were amazing!!!!!! I had to get multiple tools and parts to replace my blower motor in my Chevy. They were both so helpful and knowledgeable and helped me understand how to use the tools and everything! And i ran in at 7:53 to get one more item i needed, and then Lisa made sure i was okay before she left. Woman to woman, it was just so amazing and refreshing to have someone look out and help me!!! They seriously made this whole job i had to do so much easier i couldnt be more thankful!! Especially the day before new years! Great customer service!!! And i now have heat in my pickup!!!”

“This review is for the Clemmons store. I went in for a free battery check. No problem. The gentleman that helped me grumbled some because I was not parked right in front of the store. (All spots were taken!)
He checked everything and said his tool showed a bad starter. Recommended a mechanic who I go to already. All good.
When he walked off I noticed he had not put the positive terminal cover back on.
Love Autozone. Just the guy's attitude knocked off a star. Still recommend Auto Zone!”
