“I highly recommend this location! My daughter is in Clemmons for the summer, four hours away from me, and calls and says her battery died. I called and spoke to two different people to get pricing and availability. Both associates were so friendly, helpful, and caring. The last gentleman I spoke to reassured me that they would take great care of her when she arrived. They did just that! She said they were very helpful when she arrived and had her back on the road in no time. I can’t say thank you enough to this entire team for helping this mama feel a little less worried!”

“This review is for the Clemmons store. I went in for a free battery check. No problem. The gentleman that helped me grumbled some because I was not parked right in front of the store. (All spots were taken!)
He checked everything and said his tool showed a bad starter. Recommended a mechanic who I go to already. All good.
When he walked off I noticed he had not put the positive terminal cover back on.
Love Autozone. Just the guy's attitude knocked off a star. Still recommend Auto Zone!”
