Due to a mistake by the staff, they gave me the wrong part, and when I got there I realized that they had beer, near the computer, two empty cans in the trash can, my question is? Can you have it? alcoholic beverages in a store?

Stop by today because one of my headlights was out and was told they couldn’t change the bulb and rudely said that they could give me a pair of gloves. So if you go into auto zone in Clemmons and Michael P is working he will not help you.

Went by to have my GMC truck battery checked due to sluggish starts and battery light coming on occasionally. Mr. Weaver was very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional in providing great customer service for me, as well as others that were before me. While waiting I watched as other associates helped customers with the same great customer service. I highly recommend AutoZone on Lewisville-Clemmons Rd in Clemmons NC!

Lance, the employee here was a big help to me yesterday when I had to change a wheel bearing in the parking lot. He knew what I needed, how to do it and they had everything I needed to change it down to the jack.

Getting ready for a long trip we began to see warning lights show, on our GMC Acadia. Our son suggested going to AutoZone on Lewisville-Clemmons Road to have them analyze the SUV. Great suggestion! Sincere thanks to Lance for a fantastic job helping us! He analyzed the problem, stuck sensor, disconnected the battery to allow system reset, and everything turned out great with no further warnings. Thanks Lance!

Neil at Autozone did me the biggest favor by telling me about Roger Marion Auto-repair shop. Mr Marion correctly diagnosed the Jeep’s problem and his crew had it fixed in less than an hour! They are on Lewisville-Clemmons road and are highly recommended!

Nick at the CLEMMONS auto zone is what all retail employees should be. Respectfull and helpful. My battery died in the lowes parking lot. Once started I went directly to auto zone. Nick came out tested my battery helped us choose the correct one and in the rain installed it.Thank you Nick.
