I went in to cash a check, Sharon was PHENOMENAL! She was super polite, quick, and professional! This isn’t my first time at this location, but she always looks very put together! The line was long, but Sharon was so apologetic and offered such a friendly smile! She is the reason why I will continuously bank at this branch.

Very soon Mr. Corey helps us about our account, and than Mr. Jack and his coworkers help us apply a credit card.
Answer us all the questions and very professional.
Got everything done around 5pm

This is the slowest bank I have ever been to, whether you go inside or through the drive through you will be waiting an average or 15 to 20 minutes just to make a deposit. The cars are always lined up. The ladies take their sweet time to do anything. This branch seriously needs to get its act together or hire new employees. Not everyone has time to sit and wait around.

3 months later and no bonus, then a call from bank saying it was another offer. Unethical and dishonorable company.

First time dealing with someone from truist Bank since the switch from bb&t. I am not sure if all branches are this bad, but I had a terrible experience. The lady had no idea what she was doing, wouldn’t listen to a word I said. They were very short staffed nobody knew what was going on. I will never step foot into that bank again

Possibly the worst bank I’ve ever been to, my company and I bank with them and everytime we go there, SHARON is very rude and impolite. She has talked about us to her other workers knowing we can hear her, she’s constantly rolling her eyes and saying very mean things to us. She needs to be fired, her customer service is awful and needs to learn to respect others. I hope you see this SHARON!!!!

What was once a highly efficient Bank branch has gone significantly downhill. Always understaffed, and the long-term employees are no longer there. I have to make Daily Business deposits, and have gotten to the point where I will drive 10 miles to a different branch.

Truist No longer can print a sheet of checks, but they can charge you $10 for a single cashiers check that you have to wait for to be filled out. The person helping me was nice but I'm really starting to see why I need to move my accounts. Since the merger BBT has become Truist, and that has been nothing but garbage for helping customers. I literally have to pay a fee and wait in line to use my own money at my inconvenience.
