If it was at all possible to leave a zero star for this bank I would. If you are a current customer or considering I would highly recommend you run the other way and find somewhere else to put your money. I was a victim of card theft and my card was used at the ATM at this branch to withdraw 500 dollars. I immediately notified the Forsyth County Sheriffs office who open and case and began an investigation in October. It is now December and I have recently heard from the deputy detective handling the case and he has informed me that despite evidence showing the transactions ( date and time and amounts) the Branch manager is not being the least bit cooperative in allowing access to photo/video of the incident in an attempt to verify the identity of the person who did this. Additionally First Horizon corporate is not being cooperative nor is the company that services the ATM machines. Fortunately the bank I used did recredit my account the money stolen because they were able to verify there is an active investigation however First Horizon and its associates have done nothing to be cooperative and aide in the investigation. Imagine if this was your money that a thief from your account? I hope people will see this and will withdraw their money and put it somewhere they have more confidence in the bank and its commitment to working with law enforcement in cases of theft and fraud.

I worked with the folks at First Horizon Bank to set up some savings accounts for our kids. We had such a lovely experience . The tellers and bankers were all so kind, helpful, and informative. They also have ♿ handicap accessible ?️ parking, ? restrooms, and seating.

I can see why they only have 1 star reviews . I was going to change over to this bank, but had not done it yet. I went thru the drive thru just to get smaller bills for a $50. They guy at the drive thru asked me if I was a customer and I said not yet. He said we dont make change for people who dont have an account. All I wanted was change. I get it if I was cashing a check, but it was US currency and all I wanted was change. I asked him if this was a bank or not. He was just RUDE. Ill keep my money where its at!!

Put security lock on our account out of nowhere, resulting in being humiliated on vacation having to actually call and figure out what was wrong.We have been all over the place and have never had this happen before.The service, the experience, this bank is horrible. We got stuck with them instead of Truist without a choice.

I deposited a business check and they had to hold it for five days. I just tried to deposit a teller’s check and the funds will not be available till the next day. This is not on the level of what other banks are doing. Suntrust made funds available same day for these same type deposits made by 4pm. Not being able to help me with my cash flow IS a deal killer. Im only there bc Suntrust sold out. Im on the way out!

They automatically switched our accounts to them and then debit cards no longer worked, I called their customer service and they said they had no time frame for when it will be resolved. I assured them at the next business day we will be resolving it by moving our banking elsewhere

Phones don’t get answered. I’ve been banking here since it was southern community and every single time it’s gotten bought out the general service and customer care goes down.

If I could give this Mickey Mouse operation negative 1 star, believe me, I would. Closed both of my accounts a few weeks ago to move to another bank (had not had a bad experience prior to this, just moved to the bank where my car loan is at to make it easier) and the simple minded teller only closed one account. Long story short.. I get charged TWO overdraft fees for things connected to an OLD (and closed might I add) bank account. I go in to reconcile and pay my debt MINUS the overdraft fee since the account shouldn't have been STILL open in the first place. Pompous and also simple minded branch manager "bargains" with me and says "I will meet you in the middle and drop one fee but I can't drop both. You should have known weeks ago that this was still open since that's when one of the charges occurred." Which is completely irrelevant because I shouldn't have to worry about checking if an account that was supposed to be closed is still open. Anyway, I end up paying the overdraft fee plus the charges taken out to go on about my day and let this poor woman think she "solved" a problem. Will never bank here again nor will anyone I know. Banked there for over a decade and got treated like a nobody when it counted. Poor business model and simple minded employees.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The employees have not been taught what customer service is. I waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before having to call them and ask for service. Then the teller made me feel like it was my fault for not pushing the tiny white button that is not labeled. They have put my money into strangers accounts and I have had to figure out their jobs for them. They rarely answer the phone when I call them and we all know its not because they are with customers. (I have never seen over 2 customers in there at any given time.)
