We were there to let the kids play in the playground and have a quick bite to eat. The employee was clearly annoyed when we came in and snapped at us that the playground was closed. Whatever happened to, “My Pleasure”? We just left and won't be spending our money there anymore.

Hi, my name is Sophia Burnette and I just moved to Winston Salem and needed a place to work. I thought Chick-fil-A would we a great place with a positive work place environment and I was wrong. Not only was the place dirty and unsanitary the managers treated the employees terribly. Nothing ever got thoroughly cleaned, food was touched with their hands, orders were constantly wrong and guests would get upset with me when it was not my fault and managers never took accountability for it. When I was hired they said it was “a zero drama” work place but mangers talked about me constantly and I had to hear it from other employees. The manager AJ confronted me multiple times threatening to fire me when I had only been there a week. I thought me talking to him was a safe person I could talk to about people treating me poorly and instead do talking to them privately he assumed I had problems in my home life and told others that as well, when In fact and I am completely happy at home. Another manager Kayla hit me on the shoulder for having my phone in my pocket when their “excellent trainers” told me I could have it and all had theirs on them at all times. I do not recommend eating here or working(Chick-fil-A Clemmons Nc) here unless you like dirty food and being talked to like you’re less-than.…all the machines that are being used everyday(ice cream, soda…) do not get cleaned and have mold.?

I have never had an issue with service or the quality of my food at any Chick-Fil-A. However, when I visited today and tried to redeem my points for a portion of my order, I was told by the cashier “if you can’t afford the large fry then I can change it to a medium fry”. The fact that the cashier made an assumption by me using points in her view meant I couldn’t afford my meal was seriously disrespectful. As a customer that’s kinda the point of visiting Chick-Fil-A and receiving points for the money I spent to be used for futures orders. Therefore, I don’t understand how using points is considered “not being able to afford a meal”. Chick-Fil-A please work on your employees mentality towards customers using points, because the experience I received today was not “my pleasure” worthy serving.

I’ve visited this location several times. Sadly, the service was disappointing. My food orders weren’t right. The last time was IT for me. I ordered after breakfast and made the mistake of ordering the entree instead of the meal. When I got to the window to pay and receive my food, I realized that I didn’t have any fries. I asked if I could get an order of fries. The blonde-hair lady (possibly a manager) came to the window and said she would have to REFUND my order and ring it up again? Plus her attitude was so nasty! I just asked for the drink that I had purchased with my entree and left.After I thought about it for a little bit, I returned back to this location and asked for a refund. Baron, the Director was in the drive thru window. He apologized for what happened.From now on, we’ll visit the other locations for much better service AND quality even if it’s a little bit further .

The difference between morning and night crew is bad. Morning crew is great, the evening crew have no clue what they are doing. Ever since the new manager AJ took over the food and atmosphere of this location has just been in the trash. I now drive into Winston to get my food.

The chicken i got in my spicy deluxe is horrible. Its stringy, overcooked, and mostly crust. Its disgusting and inedible. Not sure what's going on at this location but I've never had this kind of experience at any other location.
