Had to find help for me and the older ladies waiting up front. Took us nearly ten minutes to get help.
Took them 10 days to print my pictures and instead of offering anything to make-up for it (like was promised on phone), I was told the extra pictures they made by accident would just be trashed, except the were put behind the printer. Since they included pics of my sister and girlfriend, I found this creepy, especially since they could have just given me the extras.
GO TO ANY other CVS or drugstore. Stay far away.

The blonde lady with short hair, middle aged, who works as a cashier is incredibly kind. I got photos of my dog who passed develop and she gave so many kind words. It's the small things like that, that make me want to keep coming to a business.

Rude, uncaring staff. CVS is the only pharmacy that has this problem. The company really needs to start vetting employees better

First, I am a retired pharmacist/drug store owner, I only utilized CVS because of Aetna insurance(that's going to change too). RX called in for refill, And attempted to pick it up with a second autofill(?) prescription. The former was not ready . The standard line from them was given, which never states it is their error! I was told to COME BACK in a couple hours(?) for pick up. I hit the ceiling, & refused to move from the window. Had this happened in my store, I would move on the missed Rx, and usually have it ready in 3 minutes (YES!) or less. Not CVS! I refused to move till filled, they called the COPS & was "forced to leave" I CANNOT HELP BUT FEEL CVS MANAGEMENT IS BEHIND SUCH BEHAVIOR< OR AT LEAST< CONDONES THAT BEHAVIOR. IN YEARS PAST ANY STORE'S MANAGMENT WOULD HAVE MADE SURE THIS BEHAVIOR NEVE HAPPENED AGAIN! And it wont to me, wife, at least 2 senior friends and our 3 of oue 4 children..cause we left for better pharmacies.. YOU DO THE SAME, If you have been mistreated!

I came on my lunch break to the pharmacy and turns out they close for lunch breaks. Apparently They can’t figure out a schedule that allows everyone to take a lunch break and also for the pharmacy to be a pharmacy for its full operating hours.

They cancelled my prescription without letting me know and then somehow my insurance got dropped and they never filled the prescription when they had it days before. Never seems to have what we need in stock and nor do they care. They are very rude.
