Called to see if the person who cuts my hair was there. They were unable to find me by phone number. Looked by my name, didn't confirm my info and gave me the wrong info. I wasted a 25 minute trip. Checking in online was easy. For a place wanting all these updated electronic contacts, they need some improvement on their processes.

Leslie goes beyond the call of duty to be available and always is very professional and does an excellent job of cutting my hair. All the people at the Tanglewood Great Clips in Clemmons are so friendly and prompt with welcoming customers. Great Team.
