Hayward Industries offers fast service. The office sits at the beginning of the 2nd set of docks at door 30. Dock assigned immediately, and unloading begins one minute after bumping the dock. Trucks arrive at 7 am, dock at 7:05, and leave by 7:30 with a full load. In and out takes less than 30 minutes. Hours are 7–18:00, no overnight parking. Rest areas are 8 miles on I‑40 or 15 miles on TA.

Receiving is fast. Office is located at the beginnning of the 2nd set of docks at door 30. Arrived at 7. Dock assigned immediately. 1 min after bumping the dock they started unloading. If every shipper/receiver worked like this then truckers would have it made.
