The associate I was dealing with was extremely knowledgable about what products were in the store (mid-year calendars) and guided me to the right place. I then asked him about small writing pads (I have some specific requirements as to paper quality and cardboard backing). He showed me the regular pads and then showed me some higher quality pads. Their backing was a little stiff, so he thought and remembered they'd gotten some new pads in so he went in the back and retrieved a stack. They were perfect. I cannot say enough about Wesley ______. Highly personable and pleasant to deal with.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I put my printing order there. I called to see if it was ready and the rudest person told me it was due at 8:30pm tonight & would call me if done earlier. I should of went to the one I know in High Point - they appreciate your business!

Staples - Unbelievable! I purchased the Staples brand Laminated Paper Report Covers with Fasteners. The label on the clear front of the report cover is permanent and not removable. Very frustrating to remove, difficult, and time consuming.

I visited the copy center today to print my resume. I was greeted by an incredibly rude employee who was inconvenienced by me being there to receive the service that she is solely in charge of providing. I did not realize it is a multi day process to print 6 pages for a resume but apparently it is. Another employee wanted to help me but she insisted she was in charge of ensuring I didn’t receive any help in a timely manner.Edit/disclaimer: I got this job done in less than 3 minutes at Office Depot on Silas creek parkway
