I have been going to Top Nails for many years because the quality of the service received is excellent. I had been to larger nail salons in the past when I first started getting my nails done and I always felt rushed and my polish didn’t last as long. The large salons are busy, loud, not very clean, and it’s not relaxing for me at all. They didn’t know me everything feels so impersonal. At Top Nails, Lisa treats all her clients like they are a queen! It’s quiet, peaceful, she takes her time with pedicures and manicures. Lisa is professional and meticulous in her craft. She takes pride in her work and wants all her clients to feel fabulous when their pedicures and manicures are finished. If you want the best looking mani and pedi in town, a peaceful and relaxing setting without all the noise and drama that comes with a large salon, and if you want privacy and to feel like more than just a number that gets shuffled through the salon, then go see Lisa at Top Nails and experience the difference for yourself. Top Nails is the best nail salon in Clemmons. Lisa is very nice and fun to be around. You will feel like she is your best friend. The salon is very clean, relaxing, and kept up to date. I highly recommend Top Nails. Once you visit, this will be the only nail salon you will ever go to.

Wonderful experience! The salon is set up with relaxing music and a nice atmosphere. Pedicures and manicures are expertly done. Many fun nail polish options to choose from. I've been getting my nails done at Top Nails for 15-16 years.

Well, I've personally never had a pedicure before, but my wife asked me to join her, so what is a good husband to do? Lisa came highly recommended by a friend of my wife's and we made an appointment. Needless to say, the pedicure was awesome! I will be coming back soon. My wife also had a manicure and some very nice artwork done on her nails. Very clean establishment with many different services. I have been a long time customer at Top Nails and the owner, Lisa provides service that goes far beyond any nail salon I have experienced.
Manicures, pedicures and brows are the services I use on a regular basis. The spa is very clean, well maintained and the pricing is very reasonable.

walked in for my mother birthday to get pedicures and they told us that they didn't have time? Seems to me if you're a business you would have time or atleast try to make time for a customer... but that's just me. Highly rude and I'm sure they lose quit a bit of business because they don't have enough people in there to take care of customers walking in

So we walk in without an appointment and the lady had an attitude right off the bat. Really? She said, with an ugly face, "We don't have time for you."...again with an attitude as big as the Grand Canyon. I told her that's fine, but you don't have to have an attitude and I will let people know how I was treated!
