I called 3 times today to check on notary hours. I left a message the first time at 11:15am, what I needed, name & number. I called 2 more times to get voice mail again. No return call.
I walked in at 4:48 & was told the notary had went home. I was surprised, no hours listed on the website, hence the reason for my phone calls. I said I left a message, they looked a little embarrassed & surprised, obviously never listening to my message. Why have a voicemail if people aren’t going to listen to it. There was only 1 person in the store at the time, surely time to retrieve messages, too late for me, but maybe another customer.
2 other people standing around, 1 on his phone, surely someone could return a phone call??
Disappointing! I guess I’ll head to the bank.

The 2 young women working at this location and warm, friendly, well trained and quick at their jobs! They seem to enjoy their work, making even mailing packages or getting copies printed a pleasant experience! I wish I had gotten their names!

I’ve been to this UPS Store a few times and have consistently felt like the staff isn’t very enthusiastic about helping customers. On one visit, there was a line of at least 10 people and only one person working the counter. Another employee was sitting off to the side, eating lunch and looking at her phone. I understand breaks are important, but when the line is that long, it would’ve been nice to see more urgency or concern for getting people taken care of. It just didn’t feel like customer service was a priority.

Charged over $5 to print an invoice!!!! Basically one page and the second page blank with just a repeat footer. Go somewhere else like Staples that is reasonable and even self serve, not insane high with children at the desk. Not the first time I had trouble at this particular store... Not following Amazon shipping agreement in the past.

Unprofessional with zero customer service. I went in to get quotes for printing some simple art books. Had the girl feigned any interest in her job and taken a full minute to talk, I would have placed large, ongoing orders for interior pages for some art books. Instead, she ignored half of the information I gave her, quoted an astronomical price that didn't consider the actual questions, then refered me to Staples. At least she let me know that they don't want my business before I wasted any more time in there.

Have used this location before they moved and at the new store front for Amazon returns for years. Never had a bad experience until today. Gentleman that was to open was late and he never spoke a word to me during my return. After he opened the store another lady and I went in. When he came to the counter he just looked at me. Never asked how he could help me. I told him I had an Amazon return. He scanned the bar code I showed him and printed a receipt. Took the items I brought in for the return and never said “Thank You” or anything else either. He failed miserably in the customer service department.

I noticed one of my packages wasn't moving so I tried to call this store since I shipped it from here. I was sent to voicemail all day today. I tried calling customer care but they said I need to contact the store. I purchased a box, paid for postage, and left the items I needed to ship because the woman who rang me up said she'd box it up. The other item I shipped is already moving to its destination so I know the one I'm concerned about is just sitting in the store somewhere. Now I have to drive all the way there (a little over 40 minutes from my job) and hope my items are there so I can get them to my friend who just had a newborn. How hard is it to just pick up the phone?

Called EVERY 15-20 minutes to see if they had a notary on duty....NO ANSWER. Soooo I drove to the store, went in and asked,no they didn't...inquired if they had a phone and she replied, oh yes,it's just not working right now!!! WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS LETS THEIR PHONE GO DOWN AND STAY DOWN!!!!
Especially this type of business???

So incredibly frustrated with UPS. If i could give it less than one star, I would. I had them pack (So it should be covered by their guarantee at the least) and ship a sculpture that was heading to a show, I insured it for $1200. The work arrived irreparably broken. I filed a claim online and now cant find the claim. I have stopped into the store twice and not received any helpful information, not even an apology for breaking the work. Every time I try to call the store, customer service line, or headquarters I am unable to speak to an actual human. I will absolutely NEVER use UPS again.
