I love coming here. The postal workers are very helpful and friendly. I prefer this post office than the one near me in Winston-Salem. Getting in and out of their parking lot could be tricky depending on the time you get there.

I enjoy my occasional visits to the Clemmons post office. The staff are always friendly and helpful about getting my mail to the recipients in the most speedy and economical way. There is rarely a long line, but when there is, the staff remain just as friendly and helpful.

Let me tell you, the Clemmons Post Office is an absolute gem! I recently had to send a package, and as always, they went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did they provide me with some extra plastic wrap from the back, but they also helped me tape it up securely and walked me through the different shipping options.
This level of service isn't a one-time thing either. Every time I visit, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They genuinely make you feel like a valued customer, not just another number in line. It's clear that they take pride in their work and truly care about providing a positive experience.
I've been to other post offices in the area, and none of them compare to the Clemmons location. The manager and their team have created a welcoming and efficient environment that makes even the most mundane tasks like mailing a package a breeze.

Went there today to stop my mail from being forwarded to my home in fl. I filled out the transfer form three months ago at this location. The female agent was very rude. I had told her that the agent who helped me before lived in the development where I live now. She states IM NOT THAT MAN. She should be fired for just being rude. Will never set foot in this place again. Union run, and I'm sure this is a common occurrence with how unions protect this type of behavior. The manager seemed nice and explained what I needed to do. How easy it would be there and about a card they had. Two days later I drive to the Waughtown Post Office and tell them I need to stop my forwarding of mail to Fl and where I live and what happened. They said sir, they could've done the same thing there. Everything the manager said was bs. It took 2 minutes to fill out a card. The manager and the rude black girl both should be reprimanded. But then again, when you have union workers, the results are always the same. Pathethic!

Great location on Clemmons Road ( US 158 ), but depending on time of day and amount of traffic it can be a real pain to get In and out of the parking lot. Once inside you are met by cheerful, courteous, friendly and professional people at the counter. The problems you may have getting in and out of the parking lot is the only reason for not giving them 5 Stars.

Very friendly and helpful. (Our local delivery person/s not so reliable. Today a package with a shipping label was left and not picked up. Delivery mail thrown on top.) Only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because of lost mail also responsible in part with our delivery person.
