Love this place. Shopping there is very nice and convenient. Clean and organized. In and out in no time.

If you like a spotlessly clean, bright place to shop for your groceries, go to Publix. If you like neat, highly organized shelves (think Patrick Bergin in "Sleeping with the Enemy"-level organized) where it is easy to find goods, go to Publix. If you like a polite, friendly, crisply dressed staff who stands ready to assist you in any of your shopping needs, go to Publix. If you like a grocery store that greets you with the scents and sense of cleanliness and freshly baked bread, go to Publix. If you like the best melons you have ever had, go to Publix. That last one may seem out of place, but it is true. Hear me out: let's talk melons. I am referring to the much-maligned cantaloupe and honeydew melons. Think about this: when you order a fruit cup at a restaurant, what fruits will you likely be served? Cantaloupes and honeydews top that list in my experience. Along with some red grapes. An occasional pineapple chunk, a strawberry, or a blueberry, perhaps, but honeydew and cantaloupe are always present. Why is this? It is because they are inexpensive, hold their shape, and do not liquefy like other fruits. But restaurants tend to order them underripe (to accentuate the firmness and shelf life), and the result is that they don't taste good. And people don't like them. This is unfortunate. And it can be fixed. I would like to invite you to try the cantaloupes and honeydew melons Publix carries. Specifically, and you must get the correct ones, Publix holds a contract with a fruit grower in California named King o' the West. They produce a green honeydew melon and an orange honeydew melon (orange dew) that will likely redefine your feelings on these fruits. They are the best melons I've ever tasted. Publix also carries a fantastic cantaloupe called Sugar Kiss. I would suggest trying that one as well. In addition to these melons, Publix also stocks some brands of items you won't find at grocers whose headquarters are more local. In addition, they are also known for their outstanding sub sandwiches. Publix's motto is "Where shopping is a pleasure". Go see for yourself.

This store offers a clean, organized, and refreshing environment with eager-to-assist employees. During my first time here I was helped by five different Publix staff, three of whom volunteered their services when they saw I needed them. That kind of customer service is in short supply in some other grocery stores I have visited in the past (I won't stoop to mention any particular company names). The store was well stocked with a variety of products, including specialty, organic, etc. As a Vegan, I was particularly impressed with their vegetarian and vegan options. They were plentiful. The parking lot was clean of rubbish and run-away carts, and (something I am keen on) their trash cans were neat, covered (to prevent bees/insects), AND emptied. I will be a return shopper to this location and to Public markets as a whole.

This is by far my favorite grocery store! It's so clean every time I go. They have all you want and the meats and produce are always very fresh. While some may think the prices are higher, I was surprised when I checked the Boar's Head against some of the others close by. The workers are also very friendly and willing to help you find whatever you need.

Diane, an employee, ripped open my bag of vegetables at checkout and placed them directly on the metal scanner. She then proceeded to put the open ripped bag in my cart after scanning. I told her that the vegetables will fall out and also it is not clean to place vegetables directly on the scanner. She became upset and said "I'm not dealing with this" and that I need to talk to a manager. Very unprofessional and odd response. Super unhygienic. Expect better from Publix.

This review is for the pharmacy. We were looking for a non Walgreens or CVS to get our Booster shots and a place doing Youth Vaccines. My friend had a good experience with the pharmacy here so we scheduled our shots online in succession for today. They absolutely keep your time and are ready for you when you come in. The pharmacy tech handling the paperwork (Tracy) has to be the best pharmacy employee I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with anywhere. She made the experience for my 7 year old just darling. She asked her super hero name for the day when we got there - asked her stuffed bears name - told her she was going to do great and gave her a toy plunger so she could give her stuffy the vaccine too. Afterwords she gave her a high five and sent her home with a couple stickers and a coloring page. Made an intimidating process for my daughter a positive experience. Kudos to Tracy. Axel did the actual shots - pharmacy manager - he was professional but personable and exuded the confidence you want when getting a shot. Very good experience overall and I definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to get the shot or a booster. Can schedule online and was free.

The selection is epic but the prices aren't cheap. Going here kind of made me feel like I was back at home with seeing brands you don't see at the grocery stores my family frequents. I found some Ben & Jerry's Cannoli ice cream here and saw other items that I've been missing in NYC. I also used to shop at this chain when I lived in Atlanta and my sister likes the meat selection here. The raves I've heard about this particular location are definitely deserved.

Despite being in Clemmons, which has done everything the town can to make access to its businesses difficult, this particular grocery store is a good visit. Clean, brightly lit and organized. However it is a bit of an obstacle course to get to things. The selection is extremely good and the only rival I have seen to such a selection is Ingles in Statesville. So if you are looking for a product then I would say chance a look at Publix. Price wise.. they are on the upper end, but the selection is key

Probably the most options of any supermarket and the freshest meat and seafood departments. Great sandwiches from the meat department. Bakery is amazing as well. Outside of the basic necessities, this is a go to for specialty items.

Love Publix and for the most part this store lives up to the Publix brand. However, they need to find a better way to sanitize their sushi area. Too many times the sushi tastes and smells like some type of cleaner.

Publix has a wide variety of services available beyond just selling you groceries, in fact, for many people it is just as much a part of their lunch routine as any traditional restaurant. In my case, I have had their catering several times at different events, and also pop in to this location time to time for sandwiches or a trip to their salad bar. Overall, I'm pleased with my experiences in each case. Publix makes the best deli sandwiches, let's just get that out of the way up front. Harris Teeter often has specials on their sandwiches that might make them cheaper (and still pretty good) but Publix just seems to nail it every time. Generous amounts and variety of meat and cheese, fresh bread, you name it. Hard to be let down. Their catered sandwich platters are just as good, and you can't go wrong with their fried chicken in any form... even if you were to eat it cold. The salad bar in this store however, often gets picked over pretty fast. Sometime I'll arrive with the intention of building a salad and it's just the crumbled remains of what used to be a salad bar. I probably should be more forward about asking an employee to refill it, but it ought to be something checked often. I also wish they had a couple store-made dressings instead of just the Ken's variety. Overall, Publix is a great place to shop and grab a bite to eat as well. Customer service there is top notch and the stores are always pristine. I'll continue to visit this location for my lunches from time to time.

Went to customer service and asked for some help on an item, the guy there couldn't help so he called someone else. We waited 5 minutes and he called again. So I was going to look up the item to show him, I look up and he's gone. So I waited another 5 minutes so I just left and won't be back.

Publix bam - super friendly staff. Deli bam - best deli sandwiches in town. They make their own NY style hero rolls which are soft on the inside and light crunch on the outside. Sandwiches made to order with Boars head or publix meats. They slice the meats & cheese to order. Great prices Sandwiches with all the fixings and priced much better than stand alone delis. My go to place for NY Hero sandwiches in the Triad. Yummy, Yummy. My hero Italian 12 inch roll with Roast Beef, Turkey, Ham on the side for my pup, fresh sliced Havaritt cheese and all the fixings just $8.00. Great to eat and watch CFB. Enjoy Tell them Kacee sent you

I've always been skeptical about Publix. I don't understand how it works but I know there are deals so every so often I venture to Publix land and fall in love them don't understand how the coupons work. I needed a turkey. In one of my meat smoker groups I saw they were $.69/lbs. so I ventured to the one near my house. I also grabbed a sub and some wine. I'm still thinking about that sub. The turkey, I'll let you know if a few days. What got me is that someone escorted me to my car. I didn't ask. He just helped me out. That made this a 5 star. It's scary out there for women in the dark walking to anything and this little gesture that wasn't asked for but just given meant everything. I may be changing grocery stores just because of my escort out. Way to go publix!
