I have had an account with Aaron’s for a hot minute so I always recommend anybody to go see Skip at Aaron’s. He is the best to work with, especially when you’re trying to get anything out of the store or online. The other employees that work there are awesome too. I’m not leaving them out because they will work with you to get you the best deal.

Our cooktop on our stove shattered and I called them and basically was told we would have to pay $900 up front for GE to fix it. We don't have that kind-of money to just pitch around. We'll we text corporate and they got on the ball and called Clinton and was told to get us a loner stove and get ours fixed. They told us they would bring it the next day. We'll 2 hours before it was suppose to be delivered, we get a call that it might be Monday before they can deliver us a stove. How the heck are we suppose to cook and eat over the dang weekend. This is the last time we will deal with Aaron's. Oh, our stove was still under warranty but would have to pay $900. Not happening.

Got hired for sales manager. Went to do my drug screening and the office and closed for a staff emergency the whole time frame I had to test. I informed the staff at Aarons, they seemed to be understanding but sadly could never give me a for sure answer about if I can go to a different location/same location after my screening email/barcode expired. I was told at one point "I honestly don't know. Let me know what happens" I was going today to take it (2 days after the expire because office was closed from 07/08-07/11 but I happened happened be busy yesterday and had still yet to recieve a certain answer) until i received an email stating I was no longer in consideration for the position as if this situation was my fault.

I have been dealing with the Aarons store in Clinton NC for a few years now. Dakota the store manger, has personally assisted me through both purchases and tight spots. In fact all the assistants and associates demonstrate a level of efficiency and courtesy that many in the customer service world have forgotten.

I came here for a mower. Dakota the manager was so nice and helped me out. He walked me through the entire process and made it so easy. He is so nice and caring! His personality is top tier and Aaron's should be thankful for him.
