“Drove from Wilmington to have my machines serviced and will continue to do so! Fast (less than a week) and inexpensive (averaged $100 per machine). (Last repair in Wilmington took over a month and cost $350 only to have the machine break down again within an hours use.) Staff is super friendly and helpful. All in all, a wonderful experience!
As a side note their embroidery thread selection is the best I've found anywhere and price is reasonable.

“My dad's fridge died and he was able to call the store and speak with Mr. Moore. Mr. Moore checked the inventory and told him what they had in stock and could deliver. He paid for it and it was delivered and installed today. The gentlemen that delivered and installed the new fridge were super nice and professional. They took the old fridge out and got the new fridge in an hour. Even having to navigate narrow doorways that required the handles to be removed and reinstalled. Highly recommend.”
