To whom it my concern, on 12/20/24 i went to the store in Clinton to change phone carriers. The girl Daniella who works there is the worst person i ever encountered doing customer service. I was considering switching from Verizon but it seemed like every time I asked a question about the phone plans, she started to get annoyed and seem like she didn't want to answer any of my questions so I chose not to switch. I don't know why they hire such rude and disrespectful people. I will never recommend anyone to this location and I feel she need mental evaluation. Ps. The person who hired her should be fired. Gena was so kind and helpful to me. I locked myself out of my new phone she told me we're to go to get it unlocked, and I came back to her, and she transferred my information back to my new phone. She is absolutely the best.

This place is TERRIBLE! I don’t know what it is about the people in Clinton, NC and their low IQ’s but it seems that their tiny inbred brains cannot process that I DO NOT TAKE DISRESPECT! Any sign of disrespect and you will be out in your place accordingly. This facially challenged witch that works at this establishment needs to be fired. They sell raggedy phones here that are extremely overpriced, the service it trash and the workers are rude. LEARN YOUR PLACE! You’re broke and you live in Clinton for a reason. Check yourself!
