You all did not disappoint me with this store. My children go to this store at least once a week. Great things for great prices. Sampson County we needed a Five Below. Nice and Clean.

No better place to put a Five Below. The Manager was great she went above and beyond. I was looking to see if they had a cup with the letter J on it. She went to confirm in the back to make sure they didn't. Great job Five Below.

Went in with my 15 year old yesterday and the cashier didn’t realize I was with her so she looked her up and down she only had one item in her hand and her phone so she could buy her candy she picked out. When I was standing there watching her with my 15 year old she snatched the item out of hand and told she had to ring her up. She then said how are you paying for that? She told her tap and she watched her put in her details. While my child was checking out I came up and simply asked Oh you have to check us out? She said ma’am there’s a sign here at the register if you know how to read! At that point I was furious. It as now my turn and I handed her my cards, and candy and said here you will need this too it was a bigger item in my hand. She then turned around and said to me there’s no need for you to be rude and then rolled her eyes! I then told her she hadn’t seen rude and that she should really learn respect and how to treat people! I won’t be back to this store and I definitely will let everyone I know not waste your time or money there! They can keep their items!

I love this store Melody and her employees are always polite and kind wiling to help with anything you need the stores always clean I go in there several times a month.

The Clinton location has racist employee working there and I doubt I will go back. The young guy that greets you when you walk in called himself following me, my son and his dad through the store but never followed the other shoppers. Once I felt uncomfortable I ended my shopping and went to checkout and there was 2 open registers and at one of them was a 3 Caucasian women and they were checking out themselves so I walked over to the other open register and he tells me to wait and he took my stuff and did my checkout and watched me pay to see if I really was paying. I said right then five below won’t get another dime from me.

Good store and has good stuff but employees are not it. When I got there at 7:48 a employee walked to me and said they close in less than 10 minutes which I felt was kinda rude since there were still tons of people looking around and then another employee said that they are about to close and need all final purchase right now and I was looking in the candy section and when I was about to pay a employee ask if I was paying cash or card I said card and she just stood there and when it was my turn I paid with card at the register but there was a self checkout station open that I could’ve paid but the employee never informed me about it. It’s a good store but the employees are just not it.
