“1st time visiting InkSpot went amazing. I stopped in to get a contact that was emailed to me copied. Lara went out of her way to review and verify everything was in order with the 2 copies I requested. Even pointing out there were actually 3 documents rather than the 2 I has presumed, which was a real time saver had I gotten the documents delivered only to realize I was missing something. Lara took time to lay everything out, glancing back at the computer and triple counting, sorting and clipping all 3 documents separately into 2 copies to ensure everything was in perfect order. Kudos to Lara for going the extra mile for my 1st time encounter. Needless to say I'll be back!”
