as always we went in and Mrs.Ashley did our taxes but she let me know just how much last year cost us. yes last year i did them myself and it was not fun we went back to our people to get them done right. I,m so sorry Mrs.Ashley i will never do my own taxes again. Horrible customer service. They just want your money and it shows. 800$ to do what is free online in most cases now? The ' fee free rapid advance' is just a way to get you in the door so they can stack fee upon fee on you for nothing. This place is a scam and a half. They have the poster with their loan and fee info hidden in the corner behind a bush. Do yourself a favor and use tax act or turbo tax. Sad to see company's trying to capitalize on people's misfortune. Never again Jackson Hewitt. Never again. Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice shame on me.
