“Kaitlyn saves the day! I had downloaded what I thought was an update but turned out to be a virus on my phone. I could not do anything without an ad popping up and it changed everything on my phone. Kaitlyn knew what she was talking about and worked at fighting those ads until she found the app that was causing the problem and fixed it. It is clear she loves what she does and is great at communicating while she does it. My phone is back to how it should be.”
