My name is Amber and I just purchased a vehicle from Nissan of Clinton. John Sadler is the guy to talk to. My car buying experience was a great one with the help of John. I was very pleased with his experience and knowledge of different cars he showed me. I did not think I was going to get approved but John made it happened. I would refer anyone who needs a car to go check out Nissan of Clinton and talk to John. He offered me something to drink and he made the atmosphere a pleasant one.

After bringing my car in with the engine light on and asking for an oil change and 2 new key fobs(which were covered under a service plan along with the oil change) I knew I needed an O2 sensor. I waited 2 hours only to be told they only did the oil change, they didn't have the part and it would need to be ordered but they would try to get it covered under the service plan. I told them order the part it needed to be done either way and was told I would get a call in a day or two. Here we are 3 WEEKS later and I had to call them only to find out the part was never ordered and they wanted to charge me over $400 for key fobs that are covered under a contract. No one had done anything!!! Needless to say I will find a mechanic and not take it to a dealer any longer!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Walking in from the side door, there are 2 windows cash and retail parts. I’ve never been here before, parts window 3 men standing 1 on the phone, other on the computer, and the last in front of the window looked at me and said nothing, no how can I help you, nothing. Stood there for a few minutes but the man on the computer approached me finally and asked. And directed me to the side door next to their window to check in.
