I've probably bought five or six vehicles in my lifetime, and I'm telling you I have never had such amazingly helpful customer service at a dealership like I have just experienced with Miss Lauren and Mr Angel. They were both kind and caring, they answered my questions and made the buying process something I could understand for an informed major purchase. They went way above and beyond for me. Went in for new tires.Bought and scheduled online, 2 weeks prior.Arrive 20mins before scheduled appointment, and was told it would be at least 2 hours. 2 HOURS!!Why take online appointments if you're not going to keep them?!That's NOT 5 star service!!UPDATE: They gave me a rental because it took so long (4 hours), and so they could detail my car. Gotta give them credit for trying to make up for the wait.

We had no options for rental cars in this small town. However Nissan of Clinton helped us in getting a car so we could get to our hotel. The car they provided was very clean and new. We had no issues with the vehicle and it was a very easy to end our rental just by leaving it back at the airport where we picked it up.

My overall purchase of my 2024 Nissan Altima was very fast and professional my sales rep Chris Sutton was very communicative and worked out the best deal he can with me. If anybody is in the market for a new car and or truck I would highly recommend seeing Chris at Nissan of Clinton he will definitely get you hooked up.

Hannah our saleswoman, Chris the finance manager, and the owner Mr. Lamm were all great. We always get great service from Joan in the service department. Simply put we wouldn’t trust anyone else to meet our needs when shopping for a vehicle. This is our 3 vehicle (2 purchased new) at this dealership.

Mr Jerry Herring was extremely helpful. He took the time to listen to my husband’s and I concern with our car issue. He was very knowledgeable on how to help and what we could work with. He did not try to push unnecessary things on us that we wasn’t looking for. He was able to help us drive out with a new improvement in our life.

Hannah was amazing and everyone was great!! Went to another dealership in Clinton first and was treated like they did not want my business and made me feel horrible. Decided to call and see if they done the same practices and they did not so went, test drove the one I had seen online and bought a new vehicle that I absolutely love!!! Will go back to Nissan of Clinton from now on!

My experience with Joseph Autry, Nissan at Clinton was a delight, he was very polite, kind, took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted and did not want. He took in consideration my budget and was able to stay in that range. I did not feel at anytime that I was being pressured to purchase. I highly recommend Nissan of Clinton. Mr. Donnie Lamm and Mr. John Sadler did an outstanding job taking care of everything. Mr. Sadler was patient and kind. He was very professional and proficient. I had a service due and a state inspection. Both were done in a timely manner. Joan even let me know of a recall that was on my Rogue. She ordered the parts and let me know when I can bring it back in for the repair. It is always an easy process to schedule and have maintenance performed on my Nissan.

After talking with the dealership for over a week, they finally disclosed that I was charged for diagnostic work. No one ever said anything about me owing any money, until I had a shipping company show up there to take away my vehicle for me. Not good business.
