I would like to give the sales women, Holly, 5+ stars. The sales manager, not so much. My wife and I went the dealership to look at the '97 jeep wrangler for sale. They were trying to sell it for 8k ,which is absolutely ridiculous. We test drove it, the engine seems to be ok, cked the 4 wheel drive, and it went into gear after a little coaxing , drove it back. When we got out of the jeep the other salesman , asked if we liked it? It was ok considering it was a 97, I said. And I made him an offer of $4000. I also told him that kbb. Value was at 4600 in excellent condition. This jeep is far from it. It needed a new drivers seat , two new doors and it was just , not completely, worn out. The sales manager would not come off the price one penny. .. they still wanted 8000 for it. .

Bait and switch dealership. Inquired about a car and they told me to come in and see it.. funny part is, the truck i inquired about was sold A MONTH AGO. They dont even have it and the truck is still listed on their website / car gurus. Its being blamed on their IT team but i dont believe it. It was a nice truck at a good price and it will bring people in. Sad, must be a Ram dealership thing

Decided to stop in and look at some Jeeps because my wife has been wanting one, had no clue she would actually drive it off the lot within hours…all because of one person. Hollie Edwards came out to greet us while we were looking. Not at any point did it feel like she was a Sales Professional who worked there. After knowing for sure which Jeep my wife wanted, Hollie listened to every single financial option we were willing to explore. No hassle, no wait…just pure buying ease! We will always do business with Deacon Jones in Clinton and have already referred people. Thank you for all you do!

Our experience with the dealership was excellent. We purchased from out of state, so it was through text and phone conversations. The communication was excellent, even off ours and weekends. If I had questions. I would definitely work with them again without hesitation!

I’ll look at the purchase a vehicle asked for a video walk around they obliged during the video walk around. I noticed a few issues with the vehicle and I had certain questions of the sales person and they never responded. Asked three times eventually told them we would just move on after crunching some numbers, we contacted the dealership again and asked them. Could we get a discount due to that we were going to have to replace Tires, and fee odds and ends that need to be fixed or changed and the sales person was extremely rude and very dismissive would not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership due to the sales person’s attitude

I’m still trying to figure out how the lube technician failed to notify me as the customer or the service receptionist about my tires being like this thank God, I was able to make it home from getting an oil change on a rainy day

Went to go look at potentially buying a vehicle from them today that had recently arrived on their lot. Reluctantly they were very transparent about the fact of when they were doing their routine inspection for all new arrivals they noticed some issues with the car and pulled if off the listing of vehicles available for purchase.
Was not able to buy the vehicle but I am appreciative that they care more about the quality of the product over making a sale.
