It’s amazing the same exact vehicle the Ford store said they couldn’t change the oil on their sister store could. I had an oil change scheduled at Deacon Jones Ford on last week took my vehicle, they checked it in and all. Well after keeping it 3 hours I get a call back stating they couldn’t change the oil because it was too fancy…..OR WAS IT BECAUSE I HAD A COUPON that I informed her about the day I made my appointment and also reminded her of the coupon when the vehicle was dropped off. Long story short took my vehicle (BMW X4)to Deacon Jones Cheverolet they changed the oil with NO PROBLEM. Ford Store very poor customer service next time if it’s the coupon just be upfront with the customer and say I cannot honor that coupon on that particular vehicle just that simple. I payed regular price at your sister store with NO PROBLEM

Worst experience I've had dealing with the service department at any dealer. They do not return phone calls and cannot give you any kind of status updates. The staff seems completely lost. I would not recommend taking your vehicle there for anything. They are not becoming Deacon Jones and I seriously doubt any improvements will be made. Two Thumbs down!!!

James and the entire staff were great. They got me the perfect truck and made every concession for me along the way. Will certainly recommend. I live in Fayetteville and we have two local dealerships and it says a lot I drive nearly an hour to do business here.

Do not take your car here to get it fixed the worst customer service and the supervisor is rude and not professional at all charged me for a $139 for diagnostic that they didn’t even do I will never do business with them again
