Contacted Branch Manager in person October 2023 regarding assistance for unclaimed property. January 2024 still no contact from Branch Manger. Phoned Clinton NC branch hoping to speak with Branch Manager. Phone rang three minutes and 40 seconds before being answered. Branch Manager at lunch. Teller took message. Phoned again with additional question within five minutes of first call. Phone rang eight minutes with no answer. Phoned 800 Customer Service asked for assistance contacting Clinton Branch. After several attempts CS was finally able to make contact with Clinton Branch. Very unacceptable!

ATM wouldn't let me deposit cash and it's Sunday. Going to have to drive an hour to another branch to be able to pay a bill.
