“I needed to find a car with affordable payments, and my credit is not so great.I found a Toyota Camry hybrid on Best of Clinton’s website and knew it would be the right one. I went up there after work and left with my Toyota about an hour later (they were quick). Chris was great to work with during the sale.Fast forward 3 weeks and the car starts flashing lights on the dashboard that indicated the hybrid battery needed to be replaced.I was very upset about this. If you’ve ever owned a hybrid, you know that even a refurbished hybrid battery pack is over $1500.I called Best of Clinton and they checked the codes and agreed that it needed replaced.When you buy a used car, the chances of a warranty is slim. Best was no exception; you drive it off the lot- it’s yours.However, I contacted them and they worked with me to help me with some of the cost for the battery replacement as a customer courtesy. They could’ve legally just told me to bug off, but they didn’t!I worked mostly with Nate on this.All I can say is that he was very patient with me, and I am very persistent.I would recommend Chris and Nate at Best of Clinton!My payments are affordable, and if I’m ever on the hunt for another car down the road- I’ll be going to Best of Clinton.”
