Gave me the WRONG ADDERALL PRESCRIPTION. It was my dosage but had a complete stranger’s name in the bottle. This could’ve been so dangerous, I’m appalled! I’m transferring pharmacies asap.

A couple months ago I had to go to the pharmacy three times before my CLARITIN was ready. Few weeks ago a rude employee in the photo department picked up the phone and couldn’t tell me when my photos would be done and acted like I was stupid for calling. Today I was trying to call to see if my prescription was ready for pickup and I’ve been on hold for ten minutes and haven’t spoken to a single person yet. Over it

Call pharmacy over and over only to have them pick up receiver and put you on hold without saying a word over and over. Call store, told manager what was going on, seemed to have no care and just transferred me to pharmacy again to have same response. Not just a one day occurred happens every single day!! Contact Walgreens customer service, no change is made. HORRIBLE STORE!! Switched pharmacies and they always answer in a timely matter and at least ask you to please hold if they must.

Very rude people in the pharmacy, they literally banned me because one of their workers in the pharmacy cannot process insurance correctly. Please go to cvs or use a different Walgreens in the area. I was only using Walgreens because my work insurance made me use them. Contacted my insurance and I will be reporting them!

The pharmacy keeps calling me about a prescription pickup. I have never had a prescription filled at this drug store and never will. I blocked the calls but now they are leaving voicemail. One star is too good!

The most unorganized Walgreens; you can definitely tell some thing in management has changed. You can go in the store anytime of the day and find they have tons of items in the wrong place, orange stickers that should have been removed still hanging. When the customers get to the counter to check out it’s our fault because of their screw up! The working manager Erica is very rude will never listen to what a customer has to say will talk all over a customer, only if she paid more attention to the store surroundings of shop lifters, and incorrect pricing honest customers would not have to suffer

Went to pick up pain med for a friend who severely injured her knee. At the emergency room from 3am to 6am. Go to pick up prescription at 1pm and they are closed for lunch! Talk about unprofessional I use clinton drug they have at least 4 pharmacists 10 techs.walgreens closes an hour for lunch what a joke. When they opened I was told it would be 30 to 40 minutes before it was ready. Called in 8 hours and it was still not ready! Take your business elsewhere you'll be glad you did.

Horrible management . Inability to answer phone day after day . After waiting 20-30 minutes on hold you should expect to hear them pick up the phone and hang up . You might eventually get a response but when you do it will likely not be very helpful . This is not a review of a one time event . 100% disappointed. The online app is garbage and will cause more issues than it is worth . The online portion needs to have glitches reviewed and resolved if the stores aren’t able to answer the phone for whatever reason.

Maedean, is an amazing example of Customer Service!! She is so awesome and no matter how long the line she maintains a smile. She also, notices everyone and greets them with a smile. Please allow me to introduce the GOAT-Maedean!!

1 STAR IS BEING NICE - BUT WAS MY ONLY OPTIONMY RATING: NEG -5 STARSDISCLAIMER: MY REIVEW IS NOT OF THE RETAIL STORE BUT THE PHARMACY ONLY!!It is amazing the lack of customer service at the Clinton NC Walgreens Pharmacy. You call they never even answer the phone then you're immediately placed on hold without ever acknowledging that you're calling. You Call > hear the hold music > and then your hear them pick up and place you right back on hold... I went through four cycles of this just for them to finally answer the phone, and never even say "Thank you for Holding" or "Sorry for your wait" these simple words will go a long way. But NOOOOO I was greeted with a monotone voice as if I was inconveniencing her by calling. I will definitely take my monthly meds to another local pharmacy in the area.So if you're reading this message and if you're okay with a lack of Customer Service and a RUDE STAFF then "Clinton NC - College St" is the place for you. I will also be making a post to my 4.8K followers to do the same.NOTE: I held on the phone FOR A LITTLE OVER 14 mins before I was ever greeted for assistance. Something has to happen, GM or someone need to address this Pharmacy... The retail side of the store I never had any issues, but the PHARMACY - IS THE WORST!!!! THERE IS A BIG ISSUE... AGAIN, I AM GOING TO LET IT BE KNOWN!!!NOTE: THIS REVIEW WILL BE FOLLOWED BY A CORPORATE COMPLAINT!!!
