1 STAR IS BEING NICE - BUT WAS MY ONLY OPTIONMY RATING: NEG -5 STARSDISCLAIMER: MY REIVEW IS NOT OF THE RETAIL STORE BUT THE PHARMACY ONLY!!It is amazing the lack of customer service at the Clinton NC Walgreens Pharmacy. You call they never even answer the phone then you're immediately placed on hold without ever acknowledging that you're calling. You Call > hear the hold music > and then your hear them pick up and place you right back on hold... I went through four cycles of this just for them to finally answer the phone, and never even say "Thank you for Holding" or "Sorry for your wait" these simple words will go a long way. But NOOOOO I was greeted with a monotone voice as if I was inconveniencing her by calling. I will definitely take my monthly meds to another local pharmacy in the area.So if you're reading this message and if you're okay with a lack of Customer Service and a RUDE STAFF then "Clinton NC - College St" is the place for you. I will also be making a post to my 4.8K followers to do the same.NOTE: I held on the phone FOR A LITTLE OVER 14 mins before I was ever greeted for assistance. Something has to happen, GM or someone need to address this Pharmacy... The retail side of the store I never had any issues, but the PHARMACY - IS THE WORST!!!! THERE IS A BIG ISSUE... AGAIN, I AM GOING TO LET IT BE KNOWN!!!NOTE: THIS REVIEW WILL BE FOLLOWED BY A CORPORATE COMPLAINT!!!

In the past week I have had two negative experiences, my fiance and I went there to get a Tdap vaccine and we were told that because the pharmacist would have to look into the state registry to see when the last time the vaccine was given that we would have to have an appointment because that would take a while for her to do, even though I knew it would only take minutes to search NCIR, we came home made appointments for only him to go back. Appointment time was 4:30pm and we arrived at 3:45pm, checked in, insurance information was given as well as consent form to be filled out and returned to Eric who was working the front. At 4:45pm we approached the front desk to make sure everything was ok and at this time Eric states that there was a problem with the insurance and we would need to come back...did they not know that once the insurance was processed or did it take an hour? Fast forward to Wednesday of the same week I received an email stating I had some rx ready for pick up, but when i checked my prescription profile one medication was missing so I contacted my dr and had them to send it over, the next day i get an email saying the medication was out of stock, on Saturday I went in the store to get other things and checked on medication only for Amanda with her rude snobbish self to have a million things to say when i was dealing with the front desk person and she was supposed to be filling prescriptions. However, come to find out the medication needed prior authorization that Amanda claimed was sent over to my PCP, on Tuesday of this week I called, and nothing had been initiated on Walgreens part as stated by Amanda Stewart lying self. this caused me to have to pay out of pocket for the medication on Saturday and it was three times more than what I would have paid with my insurance. This is the third incident with them and the last, moving all my family prescriptions.

I would give more stars but the people who work in the pharmacy are rude to me. They mess up my prescriptions all the time & when I argue the fact that it's their fault, they treat me like I'm the bad guy!!! One girl, the one who wears glasses even made a very rude comment about me while I was on the phone with another associate,she didn't think I could hear her, but boy did I let the associate & the manager know!!!! Overall, I love the rest of the store & the manager is great! Very sweet & friendly young lady.?

I do not recommend Walgreens Pharmacy at all. Post op meds were called in 4 hours before my arrival, instead of then telling surgeon that they did not carry medication in capsule form but was available in tablets, they wait until I get there to pick up to say that it's not available. Now I'm having to contact surgeon and be without pain meds. This has happened twice but there will not be a third as I will not be going back.

Don't schedule your vaccinations at this location. Apparently, they take walk-ins before people with appointments. This violates the vaccination appointment policy stated on their own web site. This may be a major contributor to the low vaccination rates for North Carolina. Those of us with jobs don't have time to waste after doing the due diligence of following Walgreens appointment process.

I went for my flu shot. I didn't have to wait long. The shot was not bad and I was quickly on my way.
