To the lady employee at the Wal-Mart in Clinton who stopped what you were doing to help me with 2-5 gallon bottles of water...You deserve a raise. I say, "Thank you! You didn't know me at all. Such kindness is so rare now a days. Good Job Wal-Mart for hiring such a awesome person.

Ok, here's the story!! I made this cake for a friend. She stopped at Wal-Mart to get party supplies. She asked the greeter if she could keep the cake for her because it was too hot in the car. She graciously said yes. She took it to customer service. A few minutes later the co-manger, Jill, saw it and freaked out. Really need to be on the same page!!! All associates need to be trained and have the same knowledge. Associates as well as management don't act to sure of information they give. Black Friday was terrible, the lack of knowledge was ridiculous. It was very inconvenient for my family and we had a plan but because they were unsure of things it was CRAZY!!! Example one employee saying no limit on an item another one saying there's a limit. I must say they do have some awesome employees and managers. Having to pay for each items in the area constantly swiping your instead of allowing you to pay all together. Overall the store needs to do better.
