I recently had the opportunity to consult with Dr. Paulette Doiron, MD, and I am pleased to provide a review of my experience. Dr. Doiron’s expertise in various areas, such as ear lavage, cholesterol management, and diagnosing pain, left a positive impression on me.When I visited Dr. Doiron for ear lavage, she exhibited a high level of professionalism and skill. She took the time to explain the procedure thoroughly, addressing any concerns I had and ensuring my comfort throughout the process. Dr. Doiron’s gentle approach and attention to detail made me feel at ease, and the results were satisfactory.Additionally, I appreciated Dr. Doiron’s knowledge and guidance regarding cholesterol management. She carefully reviewed my medical history, conducted relevant tests, and provided clear explanations about the importance of maintaining healthy cholesterol levels. Her expertise in this area was evident, and she offered practical advice on lifestyle modifications and medications when necessary.Furthermore, when I approached Dr. Doiron with an undiagnosed pain issue, her diligence and diagnostic skills were commendable. She listened attentively to my symptoms, asked pertinent questions, and conducted a thorough examination. Dr. Doiron’s ability to analyze the situation and provide an accurate diagnosis was impressive. She explained the condition in a manner that was easy to comprehend and discussed potential treatment options.Overall, my experience with Dr. Paulette Doiron, MD, was excellent. Her professionalism, expertise, and compassionate approach contributed to a positive and successful outcome. I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable and caring physician in the local area of Haywood County, NC.

Doctor Pior is fabulous! She listens to me and she tries to help me. My last doctor wouldn't. The nurse out front, Robin, was absolutely fabulous to me! She is so sweet and helpful and I was very nervous when I first started going there and she has helped me along the way the whole time here. I hope you know how lucky you are to have her. I highly recommend Blue Ridge Health!

I love this place! The staff is friendly and helpful. The Dr's are the best I've ever had. My primary care physician, that I'd had for yrs, left here to pursue another line of care and she assured me that I'd be pleased with whichever Dr I chose to take her place. I am so happy with Dr Garcia. She has the same kindness and concern as the one I had before. Dr's who are willing to really listen to what you are saying. Love them!

Called for an appointment, was givin phone consultation w\ some doc that ive not heard of & was from a another office of blue ridge, her name is Kristy Fincher. The appointment was for a cough, she prescribes $65.00 of nasal lubricant & says to get otc cough syrup which is useless & then refuses to take back the scrip for $65.00 of h2o that was written from this Incompetent doctor! You have lost my wife & I as patients & customers of your useless facility & Pharmacy!

Have been coming here for several years now. The receptionist are always so kind, the nurses are great and truly care. If you need to be seen they get you in pretty quickly. The therapist are amazing here. Sara, wherever you are in Asheville I miss you immensely!Saw a nice P.A. for the several years of my care and sadly she left the practice recently. Never quit figured me out because she had over 4,000 plus patients, but was always as kind as can be. Bless her for trying her best always.I saw Dr. Dorian once and she went above and beyond that visit and was so calming and caring. Such a blessing to have her here.Have several different health issues that I pray I get to the bottom of one day.I painfully miss my Specialist in St. Augustine, Florida but, if you have any doubts... don't they will care and listen like family.Have an upcoming appointment with one of the Doctor's here so I'm relieved for this...Overall, this is one of the best practices in my 45 years I have been to. Keep up the excellence and bless you all for these trying times.☆☆☆☆☆ ♡

Absolutely the worst! In major pain from an infection and have not slept in 24 hours and refused to call in antibiotics and could not see me until four days. I guess they want you die.

My doctor had to cancel on me 45 minutes before my scheduled appointment that I’ve had for months now. That’s not the issue. Missing the general check up I was scheduled for wasn’t the issue. Missing my birth control shot? That’s the issue. Scheduled to come in for it today so clearly there should be an order for it yet I can’t come in because the doctor has to give an order for it. Makes absolutely no sense. Trying to reschedule me but the earliest they can get me in is August 19 which is way after my shot being due. I’ve missed work for no reason today. I ah e to go in to check on an appointment for my husband (we have the same doctor) and they say her earliest availability is August 16th. This is after telling them he had just been seen at the ER a few days prior and needs in with her. Why two separate dates? Again it makes no sense. He finally gets someone to call him back after calling multiple times with no answer and they tell him the earliest availability is tomorrow but with a different doctor. I had already asked that and was told he could not see a different doctor because she was signed as his primary. Had to drag my 15 month old daughter all the way in the other side of town because they can’t answer their phones. They never answer when I call. Unprofessional.
